We have three children but realized for space sake it would make sense to have a smaller crib. Our baby girl is now one but we realized the standard large crib in many ways is over kill and a space killer. My concerns for a mini crib were that my daughter would be too big for this crib and a smaller crib would be weak and flimsy. This leads to what I like about this crib... The Pro's 1. The materials of this crib feel solid yet are not heavy. It is a great balance compared to other full size cribs we have had in the past. 2. This crib is easy to put together! It took me only an hour to put together and I'm far from mechanically inclined. 3. Along with easy to assemble (especially compared to the IKEA beds I've put together) there are only 4 Allen wrench screws the rest are philips or flat head. 4. As stated before the crib is sturdy 5. The crib has adjustable heights and I have it to the second to lowest one now, so I figure my daughter can be in this crib another year easily. 6. This crib is a space saver! At the same time big enough for sleeping 7. Great price and Value without having to pay a crazy price of a 50 plus inch crib that is heavy and burdensome to assemble. Cons 1. This isn't the cribs fault but the pad that DaVinci sends is NOT really a mattress, it's a pad many have commented and taken stars away for this. Well I'm judging this strictly on the crib. 2. The bummer is that you do need a mattress so make sure to get a mini crib mattress, we did so through the same brand name and the mattress is a 5 inch thick one. There really are no major con's to this crib. I've started to trust comments when buying things via Amazon so thank you to prior customers we got a great crib and it was better than I had excepted.

1, I don’t know why anyone would want a crib that was bigger than a mini. This will fit my soon to be here baby for a long time! She’ll go from this straight to a big girl full sized bed. Standard sized cribs are too big too bulky and just difficult. I will be recommending not only this brand crib but also mini cribs to all my family and friends expecting. It’s not my first time putting together a crib, this crib was very simple to assemble.you can practically do it yourself in under an hour. Mind you I did have help from my 4 year old so it took us longer than an hour. I try to include her into all of the baby getting ready stuff. One of the last stages where your putting in the mattress support part you’ll need another person to help, just someone to hold it level while the other does the screws. Quality is amazing there’s not even one nick. It’s in perfect condition and no missing parts. I went with this DaVinci mini crib over the Dream On Me mini crib because the dream on me seemed to have parts missing and bad product quality with this DaVinci brand crib it’s reviews seemed more promising and I am so glad that I chose this crib it is flawless. I’d post pictures but the nursery isn’t how I want it (needs painted and what not) Edit: while the nursery still needs painted. I decided to go ahead and add a photo. I know I myself look to customer photos which highly influence my choice of which I product I pick.

My 14 month old is an escape artist... I bought this crib because of the height. These are the pros: -Highest crib I found to make it harder for my little one to climb. - Great price for the materials. - Materials are strong, it feels very firm. - Very easy to put together with clear pictures and instructions. - Great for small rooms, it is not a full size crib so make sure you are ok with measurements before buying. - Great colors selection to choose from. - Simple, clean and yet elegant design. - legs are lower to the floor incase you need to lower the mattress' base to the floor for extreme jailbrakers. 👌 (Buy this one) My little one failed to climb it, and I can still lower it even more... ;) - Very well packed and wrapped to prevent damages during shipping. Cons: I'm yet to find one... FYI: - It comes with a thin waterproof matress.. If you buy a regular size crib mattress it won't fit in this crib. Check the size if you are planning to buy a thicker one! I bought a memory foam mattress for portable play yards once it was safe for my little one. He loves it and he sleeps like it is meant to be!

I ordered this for our master bedroom/nursery combo. It fits perfectly in the designated space for our baby boy. Assembly seemed to be easy. My husband assembled the crib himself and it took less than a hour. The color & finish are perfect. The crib is also very sturdy. Great for the price!! I’m happy!!

I purchased two of these cribs, over two years ago as I was expecting twins! :) My twins would be sharing a smaller room in our home and i felt like two full sized cribs would take up a lot of room. These cribs worked out perfectly for us and my now two year old twins are still sleeping in them! I know that was one of my concerns...how long could they "fit" in the mini cribs, so I wanted to be sure and come back to report that my my twins who turned two two weeks ago still fit and are still sleeping well! I thought I was going to have to move them into a bigger bed a few weeks ago when they began climbing out...but needless to say, they aren't continuing to do that so we are getting a little more use out of our cribs! Overall the cribs have held up nicely, even to my sometimes six year old climbing in!!! ;) We do have some teeth marks on the top rail but other wise they look like they did when I bought them. They wipe off easily, fit a mini crib mattress perfectly and create more floor space! I am very pleased with my purchase.
