I don't usually write reviews for things I purchase on Amazon and I absolutely NEVER write reviews for underwear. That being said, with the absolutely insane level of, both comfort and relief, I have experienced from these impeccably designed pairs of boxer briefs; it has left me no choice but to send a wonderful word out, both to the designers and to the other guys out there who are forced to live in pain and discomfort all because other designers couldn't figure out that the male anatomy is NOT FLAT down there. I'm almost as upset with myself for not deciding to purchase these sooner! 🤬😁 I am neither sponsored nor endorsed for this review so I am giving my two cents willingly without being bribed by any kind of special offer or anything of the like. Without going into too much detail, I have been suffering with a constant sort of pain in my gonads for quite some time. In fact the pain had been so bad at one point that I got it checked out by a doctor. Thankfully it wasn't cancer or any terminal illness but no medication was offered for this issue. I asked the doctor, "How can I make sure this pain goes away and doesn't come back"? What he basically told me was I wasn't being supported well enough down there and suggested a different type of underwear. He gave a specific suggestion but I don't wish to share what it was. It made me blush with embarrassment! 😳 I had recently changed from briefs to boxer briefs and I had noticed how they weren't supporting me properly but didn't think it would ever become painful. Well it did, a lot. I really liked the newer style of boxer briefs but if they couldn't support me then that was not an option. I've tried a similar (two-pouch) style from Separatec but things kept coming out of place requiring readjustment which was beside the point of the brand. It was quite a while longer that I learned that the (single-pouch) style would work best for me and I'd noticed they didn't really sell any in style so I went over to David Archy and found this pleasant and well designed pair of boxer briefs with a front pouch large enough to accommodate a guy like me. I was worried that, with the pouch being so large, it wouldn't support me properly. Well it does which hence makes this the single most comfortable pair of underwear I have EVER worn. If you are larger than average downstairs, do yourself a favor and order these, in your normal size, and you too will enter into a world you never knew existed or was even possible! Really just wonderful. I've been gradually learning about things like underwear - it wasn't something I was taught about 60 years ago (because everything was basically a flour sack), and I hadn't thought there could be such a difference. I graduated out of the white briefs I was brought up to wear many years back, into boxer briefs. Those were more comfortable and I liked the basic ones I'd been wearing until recently they weren't working well for me - after an extended bout of crotch rot. I tried many different styles looking for something that cupped the man-parts well without crimping, as well as shielded my legs from chafing. I stopped looking when I found these. They are just heavenly. The material is light and very soft, yet solid enough to offer the protection I need. They basically feel like I'm not wearing anything, because of this and because they don't force anything into unnatural positions if you get my drift - yet at the same time they do a good job preventing flopping about. The leg length is about perfect - the 3" length of many boxer briefs is too short, and the 9" length is way too much for my comfort. The 4.5" length of these amply covers what it needs to and doesn't feel confining. Anything that isn't tourniquet tight will ride up with enough bending and moving, but I've been very pleased with these - they don't ride up with "normal" walking, sitting and even dance class. Some adjustment is needed when doing a lot of fairly strenous movement, but that is easily dealt with - and because the fabric is so light isn't really all that bothersome. There's no seam up the back as some reviews have reported. The stitching is well done and they seem well made. My only complaint, if it is one, is that they are way over-packaged. It's nice for a gift, but doesn't seem necessary. I also do like the easy-off tags - just don't try to rip them both off at once: rip off the top one and the bottom just falls off. ... show more

These underwear feel quite nice. They're very breathable and the waste is comfortable. A huge flaw at least for my buttocks, is that it's constantly giving me a wedgie. So please consider that before purchasing.
