Looks great and feels like a good quality build except for the 5-pin connector. It does not span on easily. You have to use quite a bit of force to close it so it engages the little tab to lock it in place. The original plug easily snaps on and comes of when employing the tab to remove it. I truly am impressed with the look and feel. There were no instructions and it would've been nice for them to share a couple of QR codes for good videos for the removal of the old/broken light and the installation of the new one. As one other reviewer mentioned, the OEM model comes with a Torx T25 screw-head and this one is a small-head phillips screw. Finally, while the price was exceptional compared to buying and OEM part from an or directly from Audi, I would not recommend this product to someone if they were not fairly handy! I had to watch 3 different videos and use Google Gemini to figure out things like what size Torx bit I needed, how to unplug the old unit from the vehicle (easy ONLY after watching a video or two). Definitely recommended for someone who enjoys DIY and is willing to do the research to figure it out. The 2-pin connector was a complete bear to unplug so I ended up leaving it in and left the bulb fixture from the OEM unit and removed the bulb fixture from this new unit. Works great. ... show more

Perfect fit. High quality OEM part. The seal failed on the original part after only 4 years. This replacement part has a visible seal present. I hope it lasts longer.

    • The screw can and will fall out

This is identical to the OEM tail light except for one crucial part. The taillight is secured by fitting it into place and tightening one screw. In the case of my 2018 Audi Q7, the provided screw was too short. Further, on the OEM the screw is retained in a plastic surround so it can't fall out. This is important because installation requires tightening the screw from below. I my case, the screw fell off my screwdriver into the abyss of my bumper cover. I was able to find a longer replacement screw and was able to finish the install. But overall what should have been a 10 minute job turned into a hours long quagmie. ... show more
