You will need 2 tiny drill bits, a drill and 4-6 screws. Drill through the plastic backing while it is affixed to the wall where you want it. Then attach the screws in those holes with a drill, slide the unit in place and you are done. Luckily I had these tools on hand. Without this step the unit will keep falling off the wall and can only hold a hairbrush. Now it holds a hairdryer, curling wave rod, clips, hairbrushes and heat gloves. I like the sleek design besides the mounting flaw. Saves the mess under the sink battle I had prior. I do like that it blends in with the wall. There is a hole on the right side to accommodate a standard sized hair dryer. 2 compartments to the left of that. Nearly returned it until I properly mounted it with screws. You will need the drill bits to break through the plastic backing piece as screws by themselves won’t cut it. (One to make the hole and another the size of your screws without the teeth or slightly smaller.) ... show more

Like the shelf itself but fell off. The sticker eventually didn’t stick: had to drill holes in it and screw it onto the wall.

Easy to install. Just peel and stick. Dryer fit well and I store the cord in one of the compartments, hair brushes in the other. Couldn't ask for more.
