I bought a pair of this sandals at the outlet, got them in pink, I was surprise when I got home and realize they were Dansko sandals because I bought them without even knowing the brand just loved the comfort and price, beautiful color, this blue that I just received are just as beautiful; of course they are sports sandals nothing fancy but they are nice/comfortable sandals for indoor or out side used. I wear then every day since I got them (pink) and I do recommended for people with plantar fascitis or just painful feet. I decided to get a second pair, I'm glad I found them. I can wear them for hours and my feet are happy, less pain. My feet don't sweat, you can even wear socks, they are not slippery but need to be careful if you have wet feet. Ex. after shower etc. Dry fast when wet, they are true size, I wear 8 W = Dansko 38 and fit perfectly plus the straps can be adjustable. Good arch support and the material is soft but firm at the same time they wont loose shape with your weight (#179 just for reference). They might look rough or heavy but they are very light. Just love them. I pay less for the pink ones but I don't mind paying a little more to keep my feet happy. Fast delivery too. ... show more

I bought these in white, at a local shoe store, at the start of summer. They quickly became my go-to summer sandal. When I found them on sale (in other color) I had to buy another pair for next year! I have size 10, flat, almost 50-year-old, prone to plantar faciitis feet that I keep in shoes with good arch support. I do not think of myself as having a narrow foot, but shoes must get wider as they move to size 10, and I often struggle with shoes being too wide, although narrow doesn't work for me either. These are PERFECT for a "normal" size 10 foot. I LOVE that these shoes have true adjustable straps as they did stretch out a bit over the summer and I needed to pull them a bit tighter. They are sooo cushy and the arch support is good, although when I got the new pair, I realized how much my original pair had flattened over the summer (still comfy and wonderful, but not quite as supportive). I have feet that are in between normal and wide. Partly this is due to the top of my foot having extra padding. The straps are adjustable but not enough to fit my feet. They did feel comfortable trying them on. However, I did not walk in them so, I do not know how they would feel then or of the straps would be irritating. ... show more

I have painful plantar faciitis in my right foot. These sandals mean I can walk pain free. They have arch support, extra padding for my heel and are easy to put on and take off. They are like walking on a cloud! I took my dog on a long walk today at the park. I had no pain at all. In the past I would struggle especially on the way back. I’d have to stop every few feet. But these sandals held my foot perfectly and with the cushioning I had no pain at all - even on the way back. Thank you for making such thoughtfully designed sandals. Danskos are the most comfortable shoes on the planet and I have several pairs of various styles. However, this is the first pair I've ordered where the Velcro strap was too short and kept popping off and the plastic buckles hurt my feet. Sadly, I'm returning them and hoping they'll re-design the strap to be longer and put a protector over the plastic buckles. ... show more

I was worried about the reviews about short straps however there were so many great reviews too. I thought I'd try them to see. I'm so glad I did. They fit great and are very comfortable. I haven't walked far yet in them but unlike other brands they already win as I don't feel bumps or buldges under the foot pad where the shoe is attached to the sole. They are so open and cool but they stay on easily and they don't make flip flop noise when I walk. The strap is just the right length for my feet ... show more
