Run large. I normally wear an 8-8.5 but based on other reviews, I went smaller. Glad I did. They fit great even with medium weight socks. They are very well made. Don’t expect a high arch built into it - it’s a flat ballet shoe. But I love them, look great! I highly recommend them!

Comfort met fashion for Europe travel

Out of the box these shoes are so comfortable. I have been wearing while walking many steps in Europe this month and have yet to feel any discomfort from them. I almost did not purchase because of the price but so glad I did, absolutely worth it. Easy to pack in suitcase because they are super light. The support is great, quality and size good. I chose my normal size, they do run a little big but very glad I did with all of the walking and feet swelling. I tried a size smaller and they were too small so choose up if you plan on walking a lot.

Pretty Comfy Trendy Ballerina Sneakers

These Dansko ballerina sneakers have the comfort, support, and quality of Dansko, and are on trend for this summer. The gold accents elevate so many outfits and give that quiet luxury look. I agree with other reviews that they’re deceptively narrow out of the box, but once on they actually fit my flat, wide feet well. The material is soft, flexible, and doesn’t scratch or rub against my feet. I highly recommend!

Amazingly comfortable. Wore them all day right out of the box. They look deceptively narrow. I can rarely find a comfortable yet stylish shoe that's not a clog or athletic shoe. I have duck feet, Wide in the toe but narrow heal/ankles. These fit well without squishing my toes nor having my heal pop out with each step. Strange sizing. Doesn't match the clog sizing. I had to get a 38 in this style. With their clog I am usually a 40. Good easy exchange policy

If you need Danskos for foot problems, this isn’t the shoe for you.

I have very high arches prone to collapse and need an aggressive arch support. I have multiple pairs of the Beatrice, XP2.0, Pearson, and Sigourney — all that thick molded PU sole. I was hopeful when these said they have arch support, but it’s just not enough. I can feel my ankles wanting to roll in, and my arch would have to nearly completely collapse to touch the arch in this shoe. If my podiatrist saw me in these she’d fire me as a patient for sure.

Nice shoe, runs large

Got the vanilla in a 9.5-10 (EU 40). Usually wear a 9.5 or 10 in any brand, and most often a 41 in EU sizes, so was hesitant to order a 40. However, this shoe ran really big / long. It was plenty big, really a bit too big, so hopefully it doesn't stretch out too much (at least you can tighten it with the real laces). Thought about sizing down to a 39 but worried that might be too short. But, if you're only a 9.5 and never a 10, you might want to consider sizing down. Other than that, overall this shoe is as pictured and colors are as expected, a creamy vanilla with light silver accents. It will be hard to keep clean, so just a sunny day shoe. Feels walkable and keeping for certain outfits and purposes.
