I love these shoes. They’re comfortable right out of the box and very attractive on. I like the moderate heel height—just a little height, but not too much. The first day I wore these shoes, I spent all day walking around Santa Fe and still had happy, comfortable feet at the end of the day. I wear 40 in Dansko clogs but had to size down to 39 in this style. I liked the shoes so much that I ordered another pair in black. If Dansko comes out with other colors in this style, I will likely order more. They are the perfect shoes for me.

These shoes are stylish classic & timeless while providing phenomenal support & stability & traction & pain relief. No blisters right out the box walking a full 8 hour day & 2 hours driving. I was hesitant to order these shoes because they are expensive. Mainly because I ordered Clark’s the other day and they were not real Clarks the quality was really poor. So I was worried with $high name brands on Amazon if maybe they were providing knock offs. But I was pleasantly surprised that these are true Dansko shoes. I know because I have two other pairs of Dansko that I’ve had forever. What was great was these shoes are very light wear my other shoes were very heavy. So comfortable like you’re wearing slippers. I needed good walking shoes for community service I do. They’re not anything super fancy or pretty but they’re classic and I’ll have them forever they go with everything. Exactly what I wanted. no break in time needed at all I wear a nine wide I had two bunion surgeries I have hammer toes so I have very sensitive feet that are easily paint but these are nice and roomy perfect while at the same time supportive of my flat feet.

I bought this same style at shoe store 2 years ago. The shoe was extremely comfortable from the moment I slipped it on and forever after! It was a dream. My foot is small (5.5) and somewhat wide with a narrow heel. This makes it very challenging to buy shoes. While other Dansko shoes are a bit too big for me (36/5.5-6), the top strap helped secure the shoe fine. I didn't love that it was Velcro, and the Velcro did annoyingly wear out. Despite the Velcro, I repurchased the shoes recently. I was excited to have a fresh pair...only to be shocked at the changes. The leather was stiff instead of supple as it was from the first wearing of my last pair. The sole was also thicker. The shoe is also not only LONGER but has a narrower toe box, exactly the opposite of what I need. I compared my old/new shoes to see if I was imagining it but was not. Even if they had fit, they were not nearly as comfortable as my original pair. For the price, Dansko can do better.

While I really don’t like the look of Mary Janes, they are a good shoe to wear to work (I’m a flight attendant). These are the cutest I’ve had in awhile. So many of them are really too “clunky” and “chunky” for a 61 year-old. These are not that way at all. The strap is minimal, the shoe is more sleek, and the rubber molded sole tapers to form a slight heel. After wearing them around the house for a bit, they seem to be very comfortable. If my opinion changes after wearing them all night tonight, I’ll edit my review, but I don’t expect that will happen. Dansko shoes are usually very comfy. I do have to say that they seem to run a little large. I am usually an 8 1/2, and the 8 1/2-9 were really big. I ordered the 7 1/2-8, and they’re perfect. Edit- after wearing these shoes, I have zero complaints. I’ve worn them for many long trips, and they are still as comfy after 18 hours on my feet as they are when I first put them on. I strongly recommend. 😊
