My son loved these boots, so I bought them for him for his 49th birthday. His feet are skinny and narrow - they fit easily into the boots when he tried them on upon receiving them. He attempted to put them on to wear them for the first time and the boot straps/pulls ripped off. One side came off completely and the second tore easily. Additionally, as you can see in the photo, the materials other than the ostrich skin are synthetic. Stitching is crooked. We were going to let slide the fact that there is an obvious dye drip on the back of the boot. The quality is AWFUL. I own several high end designer shoes, all of which are clearly attended to with detail. These are NOT made well. Target has better quality shoes. I’m highly disappointed. I bought these boots for my husband who now has to have a very wide shoe and these were available in triple wide. He loves the boots-they look great and are tough. He liked so much we purchased a similar pair in black and he alternates them to wear to work. Thanks Dan Post.

I ended up with even a higher quality skin than the picture depicted. Usually wear 13 but I had to return them for 12's. That's when they sent me a boot loaded with beautiful quills and perfect-fitting comfort. Very happy feet!

These are going to be my everyday boots. I don't think I'll need to break them in they are so comfortable right out of the box. Love 'em. I'm retired so these are strictly casual boots. Pricey but you only go around once. Don't forget to get some Bick cleaner/conditioner for exotic leathers.

Very nice boot and looks great. I actually ordered the size smaller in width, your size box changes as you change colors and I didn't notice. I think that they will Be ok after I wear them for a while.
