For the price this cashmere was disappointingly, startlingly thin--not really what you want for cold-weather cashmere. Also had an almost scratchy texture at first, although that has softened over time--or I've gotten used to it. In spite of the fancy "100% Italian" label and included promo material, I would go with John Lewis or even Macy's Charter Club over this. Will not be buying again.

I bought this to wear at my September outdoor wedding in case of a cool evening. Weather-wise I didn't really need it that night, but the stole has served me well for other occasions. It is lovely and amazingly warm. You don't need a wedding dress to look divine in it.
