Took this bag to Mexico and it was wonderful. I took it on the airplane as my personal item and used it in Mexico as my bag every day with no issues. Fits a ton of stuff and super comfortable to carry. It is high quality and did not have any issues with the zippers. I also washed it when I got home and it cleaned up great (though I did not put it in the dryer) 10/10 recommend ... show more

Very functional in a seemingly durable fabric and an ideal size for my purposes. I've had it for months now, and it hardly shows any wear. The front compartment holds small items, while I use the middle compartment for my wallet, pens, tissues, money. The large main compartment can hold a water bottle, small tablet or iPad, and anything 10 inches or shorter. I especially like the zippered pocket on the back--good for a small phone or anything you need to keep secure. This "7L" version replaced the one I had before (6.5L--now discontinued), and is designed much better. The zippers on this version stop halfway down on either side, which is a much-needed improvement over the 6.5L, where the 2 main compartments' zippers extended down to the bottom of the purse and when the purse was fully unzipped, things tended to fall out. Overall, I'm very happy with my purchase, and am likely going to buy one in another color very soon. ... show more

I love these backpacks. I have this same style in 2 colors. The zippers are great, holds up to washing (I air dry it) and they have so many convenient compartments. I especially love the back zipper to hold my wallet so I do not have to worry as much about it being stolen (I do wish they would make this pocket and zipper slightly larger). Perfect size. I bought my first Dakine 6L Cosmo bag in 2017 for a vacation so I wouldn't have to lug my purse around. When I came home, it has been my "purse" ever since and it is now 2020. I loved it and go so many compliments on it. Although it is still in good shape, I was in need of a refresh. I tried to look for the same Cosmo but could not find it. They must have stopped making it, I only found it in trendy colors. So now if found this bag also by Dakine and I love it even more! It is 7L so just a tad bigger which is a tad bigger making it the perfect size; small enough not to be a huge cargo pack but LOVE that it has a few more compartments than the 6L. Well constructed, great size to tote things around. I use the back pocket for my iPad with keyboard and pen so that I can work from wherever I go (usually kid’s sporting event). I wish it had a back pocket that was specifically made for a tablet. I had a different brand that did- it was great in design but poor in quality and fell apart fast.
