This is just right - not large and not "too" small. Can carry your purse items and more. The separate small zippered areas are not too roomy but still definitely handy. Again, very well-made, sturdy, and very nice looking. This color is beautiful.

I adore this Dakine Backpack Purse. It’s the perfect size for me, fits my eyeglasses, wallet, Kleenex packet, etc. My cellphone fits perfectly in the front pocket. My only wish would be for an additional interior pocket to segregate my wallet, but I would still buy it again in a heartbeat.

    • Got it for my two year old!
I bought this for my two year old for preschool. It was a little big for her at first but now it’s perfect. She is also tall for her age so I think that is why it may have worked for her after a while? She is currently 36inches tall and I know she will be able to use this for years to come. I love the quality of it. It has a flap inside the main zipper I think for a iPad or something but I use it for her diapers and wipes and she still has enough room for an extra pair of clothes, her lovie, and sippy cup. Although the backpack was a good size the color was way off. Based upon the web picture I was expecting light blue background with yellow flowers. Instead it was cement gray with yellow. Returned.
