I was excited to receive this mirror, until I realized the brackets make it impossible to hang vertically. After a back and forth with the seller, they said I had to bend the metal down, but this didn’t even make it possible because the screw heads stick out further to the sides. I had to drill out parts of the metal brackets to make them work, which took a lot of time. The seam is also on the top, not centered so it looks cheap. Next time I will buy a different mirror from a different seller. I shouldn’t have had to spend so much time struggling to hang it because of badly designed/incorrectly installed brackets. ... show more

The price is great for this mirror but two things to note: The Gold color is a darker than I expected and doesn’t match other modern gold fixtures. Also the frame’s seam is up top which is probably by design so that you don’t see it when you are looking down at your faucet, but it’s more noticeable at eye level. ... show more

Bought mirror. Arrived shattered. Had to take the large heavy package to return center in order to return it and get a replacement. Replacement came and once again the mirror was shattered. Once again I have to Load it and return it for my refund. Two month process for buying and receiving two broken mirrors. Very unhappy. ... show more

Well - we jumped on this as a friend had suggested it to be perfect for our new remodel bathroom. And she was right. Perfect. Solid design and construction. Well packed and easy to hang. All Plusses here. We seriously are considering turning them up and down and putting in two. We like 'em!!!

Was excited for this and it came in broke!! The box when it arrived was in good shape and the packaging was in great detail- so weird. it was like it had to be packaged broken?? IDK for the price; if it wasn't broke when shipped it shouldn't break hat easy. I returned and went a different route.

The seller reached out to me and apologized for the inconvenience and said they would refund the price difference. The mirror came in 2 boxes this time not just one and it was not broken. They look great and I appreciate the seller reaching out! Bought two so we could have the double mirror look in our master bathroom. One came not broken (yay) and one came completely shattered. Submitted a return and they said they would send a new one. New one showed up and big ol crack right down the middle. Submitted a return and no option for them to send a new one!
