I am 5’3” 230lb pear shaped gal. I have had breast cancer so my sizes will vary I’m generally around. A 36/38 band and a size d to Dd. I purchased a xxl. The only reason I didn’t give it a full five stars is because the straps aren’t adjustable and I can see overtime that it will stretch and loosen as the fabric gets worn.. It fits snug and the fabric is comfortable. It doesn’t hurt my mastectomy scars or my drain tube scars . It’s not a sports bra. It’s definitely lounge support. When your Dr orders you to sleep in a bra this fits the bill. The area for the cup could be bigger or go farther back but I think fo the price and for not being a push up or active wear it’s great. I didn’t feel that I spilled out. The wait time was a little long. But I appreciate the comfort and sewing. ... show more

You see those high sides in the picture? Not there. Only about 2 inches on the side. The cup size fits but has no coverage for the breast itself. It is small and won’t cover the breast like most “older” women like. The band fit ok. If you are small breasted and like a small fit, these would work.
