I'm 5"6 weighing around 190lbs and bought an XL. Bottoms fit comfortably. I like mine a bit roomy so I could wear tights under it in colder weather. The top runs big and boxy. Might have to get seams in them or one of those devices that pin clothes in the back but overall I like the bright colour and breathable material. Can't beat the price. I purchased these for work. They are a thick fabric, which is good but the string in the pants broke on the first wear. They are not sized like other brands like Cherokee. Dagacci Scrubs Medical Scrub Set is a basic material with no frills. I ordered medium royal blue for my 5'4", 160 lbs body and they fit OK. It is stretchy in the waste and I feel secure inside of it. It is more forgiving for the body compared to those more advanced silky materials. They are a bit bunchy in the crotch area and they do make some noise when moving. The color is not vibrant compared to others royal blues I have ordered from other brands, but it still works. Material is smooth and still. It will take a few washings to alleviate that.
