I am 5ft and weight 142-145lbs. I ordered a size Medium. Its perfect size not too tight and not too loose. The pants are a little long for my short feet. I love the fabric its 75% polyester and 25% rayon the srubs feel silky and not the feeling of 100% polyester. I will purchase more colors scrubs from this seller.
