You guys. I've been wearing these shoes for 2 years. These shoes are THE BEST. I love them so much. I wear acedamia/50s style every winter (Michigan, so that's October to May) and I wear these shoes 3-7days a week. I've worn them all day, no discomfort at all, they are very steady, steady enough to easily run in them. These shoes are versatile, so fun, about 3inches tall. I love them so much. The thick tread because of the platform makes them perfect for winter wear when there is ice/snow/slush. These shoes are spectacular, worth every penny. I thought for sure they'd be a one year only, and wear out, the heel break off, or something similar because of the price, but NO SUCH THING. Seriously I wear my shoes out and these are champs. Very little visible wear after two winters of snow, slush, ice, running in them, throwing them in my bag...smashing them in my bag...these little champs are a 900% recommend. (I actually just recommended them to someone today LOL). I'm a size 81/2-9 and bought a size 9, they fit perfect. They have the added benefit of making your feet look a little smaller if you're like me with big old stompers. Love these so much...if you have any doubts or worries...have no fear. These shoes are amazing, you should totally get them.

I am the kind of gal who only wears heels for special occasions, and when I do, I complain. So I don’t get invited to many special occasions, and when I do, I always find myself needing to buy shoes. This time it was for a wedding. I ended up here and as usual thought “oh those are cute but I bet they’re going to be awful to wear.” *proceed to checkout* now… I’m not usually wrong. In fact, this may be the only time in my 35 years of life that I have ever been wrong about anything. These shoes are comfortable, easy to walk in, and well made. I wear a size 6 and purchased a size 6 in the color Apricot (which is lovely). I found them to be true to size and the color is just like the picture. I love them. I love them so much I have been wearing them regularly. BY CHOICE. FOR FUN. They look great with skinny jeans and I always get compliments. What isn’t fun about that? Oh and I love the design of the buckle for these. Very clever and so much easier to deal with than a standard buckle! TLDR: comfortable, true to size, worth the $$.

On trend, stylish, good looking upper and lug sole BUT I had to experiment a bit. I am a true 7.5 med. No foot problems at all. I wanted to wear these with a thin sock or tights. IMPOSSIBLE! Shoe has a wider than medium toes box and runs a bit generous in length. Has a decent foam comfy inner foot pad BUT my foot slid around excessively. So I ordered a 7 to see if better. NOPE! 7 was a bit snug width wise and could feel toe box in length with a thin sock. SOOO, back to 7.5. I am in sales so on feet 7 hrs so I invested in a good memory foam inner pad to place on top of existing one. Now I can wear thin sock or tights and extra comfy for walking and standing. Weird strap buckle but can live with it, color a great taupe, not “Apricot”. Love!

These shoes are true to size 7.5. I’ve never seen a buckle clasp like this before but it works okay. The black patent is pretty and dressy, very comfortable. I was happy with the price because the day after I received these shoes, they went up in price by $10.00.

Updated: One strap broke on the second wearing, while I was sitting at my desk. I do not recommend. --- I bought these in black patent leather, and they go beautifully with both skirts and pants. The buckle that so many people complain about is actually quite ingenious; it makes for easy on-and-off. I walked for about a half mile in these (bare feet inside) and although they have a higher heel than I'm used to, they did quite well. The soles are sturdy, don't slip and don't wobble from side to side as I walk. I took off one star for a couple of things: I bought my normal size 8.5 and they are a full size larger than my feet. I had a huge gap in the back. I didn't have time to reorder my size as they were needed for an event. To fix this, I made the strap tighter by moving the buckle to the tightest hole. This solved the problem, yet one shoe was significantly looser--even on the last hole of the strap--than the other. I had to add another hole to compensate. Not huge things, but pay attention to the size chart and consider going a size smaller. I intend to buy another pair because they are so darn cool.

I bought these because I love vintage style shoes and wanted something dressier for work. I purchased the recommended size (which is my normal size) but should have gone down half a size. I'm not sure how I feel about the roominess because since they are essentially rubber/vinyl shoes, I can imagine after walking a bit that I might need that extra space. Who knows. If I buy another pair of these, or another style from the manufacturer I'll order a 7.5. Other than that I love the chunky sole and heel and the vintage oxford t-strap style. But...wow...that buckle. WEIRD but once you get the idea of it, it's pretty cool. I didn't read further down the page about it when I bought the t-straps, so was glad to see the seller actually has a blurb about the buckle. Basically you slip the faux buckle into and over the clasp which hides underneath so it looks like a normal buckle. However, at the end of the day, honestly, the manufacturer should just create these using a normal buckle. It seems like a lot of over engineering for something that could just have easily been made with a traditional buckle closure.

Initially, I did not notice the presence of shoes in the delivery. However, they did arrive punctually. I required them for a StagePlay, and I must say that the shoes are incredibly comfortable. I water a 6.5 and they are true to size. The v sole is cushioned and comfortable. The Durability is good quality. The traction is on point. They are a perfect fit for achieving an authentic 60's aesthetic.
