I guess you get what you pay for!!! Stones fell out after wearing for just a few hours!!! I gave one star because it is very pretty, easy to put in & it felt secure enough not to fall out. It was too big for my nose, but that is no fault of the seller, I should have measured my nose or payed more attention to the size, I have smaller nostrils, so I always have a problem finding smaller ones.
