It does help prevent and reduce the headaches and eye strain symptoms from staring at blue screens. The glasses are lightweight and don't feel bulky. These glasses come with protective cases of their own to store them when not in use. There is also a blue light device that you can use to see how much your glasses protect you for blue light. It is also a very affordable price. Overall it does what I expect it to do. I cannot answer about the sleep quality as I am a huge night owl. Probably sleeping early would also help in my case. ... show more

I get that not everyone trusts these "extremely positive reviews" BUT PLEASE READ. I was having the biggest problems with eye twitching and cornea strain- especially during the evenings. I bought these glasses as they mentioned they were good for gaming and still deflected roughly 80-90% blue light. They absolutely work! I started sleeping much better, and my insomnia lightened considerably! I started wearing them more during the day while still taking time to step away from the computer or gaming screens just to give myself a break overall and I am definitely happy with the purchase. There are some websites out there that aren't too certain of the overall effectiveness of blue-light glasses, and most of those articles will just recommend purchasing a full screen cover, but seriously, these have actually had a positive impact on my eyes. I wasn't too thrilled with the design at first but damn do they actually look good... But that's besides the point! The title part is really what I want to emphasize! Keep the cloth clean and well maintained. The glasses can get smudged from time to time and the cloth they come with is the best thing to keep the lenses clean. (The smudge is really the only reason this gets 4 Stars, but even then that seems unfair since most eye-wear gets that anyway... I might change it later..) ... show more

Before I found the Cyxus glasses, I bought a 2 pair of blue light glasses for the same price. They were pretty awful. The hinges were really loose, and the lenses didn't seem to actually block out any blue light. Plus they had obnoxious branding on the sides written in cursive, gross!!! These Cyxus glasses are good quality, and way better than the 2 pair I bought before. The hinges are stiffer, and the lenses definitely have that tint to block out the blue light. And most importantly, they look nice! I don't wear these to improve my sleep, my sleep schedule is beyond messed up. But there are days after work, I can get some pretty killer migraines. I used to get these migraines when I was a teenager as well, usually after I played video games for a long time. I probably shouldn't have sat 6 inches away from my tv screen either. These glasses could just be placebo, but when I wear these at work I feel like my eyes aren't being burned by my dual monitor display. Did wearing these glasses completely stop my migraines? No, I think had one a week and a half ago (I should mention I did not wear my glasses that day). But I do feel like my eyes are less strained from staring at spreadsheets for 10 hours straight. Again, it all could just be placebo but I still feel some type of relief. However, after wearing these for a while, I noticed I kept feeling discomfort on the bridge of my nose. My girlfriend says that these glasses are too narrow for my face. I have another pair of blue light glasses I bought from Target that are more comfortable on my face, and I don't mind wearing them for 8-10 hours. But they're uglier in my opinion! I like the look of the Cyxus glasses, alot! I won't give a bad review on these glasses because they don't fit MY face properly. I still wear the Cyxus glasses but in shorter time spans. OR, maybe wearing glasses are just uncomfortable in general!!! ... show more

Overall I am very happy with the Cyxus brand anti blulight glasses. I felt immediate eye strain reduction. I am at a screen for 6 plus hours a day, including high fps video games, and was feeling tension in my eyes, slight headaches, and a general weariness after a time at the computer. The effect of putting on these glasses was immediate and soothing. Pros: ·immediate, noticable comfort for the eyes. ·Light weight ·normal vision through the lenses(no weird distortion of things seen though them) ·affordable(in my opinion) ·carrying case and soft cloth for cleaning lenses and a blue light test kit which was fun and informative ·no glare or washing of screens Cons: ·feel a bit small on my head but not in an uncomfortable way. Noticeable though, especially wearing a gaming headset which is easily fixed by adjusting the angle of the arms. ·bright light behind me causes reflections on the lenses themselves. No glare looking through them though. Overall, I am happy with the glasses and how they perform. I have been wearing them daily for about a month and will advise about longevity later. I have already recommended them to others and would buy them again if needed. ... show more
