From the day I placed my order, they kept in contact to let me know when it was being shipped. Also, let me know that there would be 2 different shipments (canvas in one and metal frame in other), so that I was aware of the process. Once the packages arrived, everything came as promised and the directions were spot on. We assembled the double Bimini in about 30 minutes, or less. And had it installed on the pontoon in 20 minutes.
