This thing is so cute. We added a few more things in the machine for Christmas. My son loves it. It’s loud with no volume controls, but it gives the effect rather, that way. Controls are very easy to manipulate, while the claw isn’t super strong, so soft, small things work well for it. You have 1 minute to grab your toy, which is super helpful with a mom of a 4 year old. Not super sturdy, but for the price it’s just right. Made of plastic and lite weight. Easy to assemble. Comes in a brown box with minimal packaging and an outlined picture of the claw machine printed on the box. You can add batteries or it plugs into the wall with a usb block.

Works great and the kids love it. I give them a token if they do 30 min reading or online extra school work. Also they get tokens for reward for different things too. Great prize system! I bought extra "balls" to put other things in. They fit money, bracelets, earrings, candy, croc charms, etc. Don't over fill it with prizes/balls or the claw can't grab the containers. Gotta have extra room.

I was looking for a cute claw machine for my kids that didn't have obnoxious carnival music. The music on this one can be turned off, but even on, it is not annoying! The biggest bonus is that it works perfectly with squishmallow squishville stuffies and lindor chocolates! Just DO NOT OVERFILL IT, and it works great with the bigger objects. I had planned to use it as a reward, but my kids (ages 8 and 11) have been having so much fun making up their own games and refilling with other small toys and candies. I attached a picture comparing the squishville with the size plushies they give you and the chocolates with the ball capsules they give you. Have fun!

The design is great, very small and compact, and the fact that you can put other stuff in is great. A few thoughts: the claw machine will go both up and down if you hold the lever in any one direction. Given about two seconds after it reaches the bottom of the machine, if you still hold down on the lever, it will switch the controls and start going up and vice versa. A little odd. The other thing is an option for rating is volume control, there is one option with volume and one without, that's about it. Still nice. The last thing is since you pile things in from the back, it can be hard to stack items inside without them falling out of the back before you close it, I wish they would have made it so you can put stuff in from the top. That being said, my girlfriend is a huge fan of claw machines and she loves this and plays with it on her own and even puts in funny date ideas or games we have to play and picks one from that for us. Great gift, I would definitely purchase again.

The timer on the claw doesn't work therefore the claw operates only a couple seconds at a time.

This claw machine works as advertised and looks like the picture. We got the duck. The claw is not rigged like the ones at restaurants and arcades; it can actually grab and hold onto stuff. This is great because kiddos with less skill or less patience (or adults) can also use it. It can pick up a decent variety of shapes and smaller sizes. It comes with some prizes that are cute but were not nearly as well liked as the mini candy bars we put in there. lol It is easy to stock as there is a large door on the back that opens. My son prefers to play with the lights and sound off. I like the lights and sound on. It reminds me of when I was a kid in the 80s and it's not too loud or obnoxious at all. Easy to use with either a USB cord or batteries. I can't recommend this product enough!

This order was very fun. It came just as described. I chose to order this as opposed too all other claw machines on Amazon because it was larger/taller than most. The claw machine came with 10 tiny soft toys, 15 plastic tokens, and 20 1-inch vending machine capsules. The capsules were empty and needed to be assembled. You’ll need 5 AA batteries but it also comes with a plug for the machine so you can charge it first. There are three levers on the machine. One lever controls the side to side function, another controls up and down and the last lever controls the grabbing and dropping. You’re given 60 secs from the moment you insert the token to obtain your prize. Refilling it is simple too. The back is open so it’s easy to refill. The music is not booming loud and it lights up. It brought much joy to my husband and we are excited to put it to use use at our Fall Fest.
