I’m really surprised by this one! I was expecting it to be either really cheaply made or impossible to use, but I took a chance and it has worked out beautifully. It’s only been up for a few weeks but it has already survived a couple of heavy rain storms and freezing (25° F to 32° F) temperatures. The software is pretty easy to use once you figure it out. The problem is that the instruction booklet is... well, it’s not useless, but it was bad Chinese translated to even worse English. Play around with it and look at the pictures and you can figure it out. Updating the sign couldn’t be simpler. You can update via WiFi (there’s also a phone app but... meh), or if you’re on a protected device like the computers in my office you can export the file to the USB drive that the software comes on. Plug that stick into the USB port on the sign and it automatically uploads. Unplug and about 10 seconds later your sign is running. It runs a little like a PowerPoint. You can set different sets of slides to run at different times or dates, and even in different parts of the screen. Again, the instruction book is almost useless but look at the pictures and experiment. It took me about 3 hours to master making changes appear the way I wanted. Overall, a great value so far.

It was very hard to set up. The program on the U-Drive was outdated and I had a very hard time to load on my window 10 PC. Once software was installed, the program was confusing to set up the parameter of the sign. Finally, the person in China was able to walk me through the set up.

Very happy with options to bring up sign and create messages. There are many additional options I would like to explore but haven't gotten there yet.

Software is TERRIBLE. Despite multiple requests for tech support and hours of effort, we could not get the sign working. In the process of downloading apps etc, all my credit card info was hacked and I had to change all my accounts. I can't definitively prove it but I believe there is a scam related to the software. I Do not recommend purchasing this sign. Spend a bit more and get a quality product that won't leave you hacked and broke.
