These are wonderful!! I really like them. I originally bought 2 packs of 3 extra small but I went back and bought two more packs! My Pomaranian is 5.6 pounds and they fit her perfectly i would say they are true to size. They don’t come off of her like the disposable Velcro diapers do so that’s great!! The adorable designs is a big plus and they are made very well. I used cloth diapers on my children when they were little and these are very comparable to the ones I used for them. I wanted to share an extra review on these doggie diapers. I'm using them for heat cycles for my female aussie. I now have had them through a cycle and wanted everyone to know how well these are made!! First of all there are all kinds of adjustments able to be made to for your dogs size. Second these are crafted and heavy duty velcro closure, and fun colors🥰. When washing I use tap cold water setting in my washer and they come out COMPLETELY and I mean COMPLETELY CLEAN with NO STAINS and I hang dry them. This had been the best dog product I have purchased in a long time! Do not hesitate to purchase these. They are well worth your money👍A+A+A+ rating from this dog mom and I never go back and rate again but I tasted these twice both with 5 stars I felt these needed to be shown of their quality! My female is a 41 lbs aussie with no tail and I use a size large and they fit perfect and stay up even with no tail😄

Long review but worth reading!!! I base my Amazon purchases a lot by the reviews I read. I usually won’t buy less than highest possible reviews. I was completely unprepared… I found a sweet dog in the street. Was almost hit and I had to help her. I brought her home and could not find owners. and realized… She was in heat!!!! No!!! I’ve never had a dog who went into heat… It made an already stressful situation worse. I had no idea you could buy dog diapers. I used baby diapers and it was a nightmare trying to keep them on the dog and I was cleaning up constantly. It was a horrible experience. I didn’t have the heart to take her to a shelter. She’s absolutely the sweetest dog ever and I recently lost my dog. I ended up keeping her and to my surprise…a month later… ended up figuring out she was pregnant and delivering her puppy. Thankful she only had one puppy, I decided to keep the puppy also. Made appts for both dogs to be spayed but the soonest appt I could get was late August. My dog (now named Mayzie) just went into heat again!! Two weeks before her appt!! Noooo! I tried using diapers again, but the puppy will NOT stop trying to take it off of her. By chance online I read about reusable diapers for dogs. I looked at so many brands and styles. The reason I chose this brand was because it was the fastest delivery I could find with decent reviews. But I was skeptical. Very. I also ordered suspenders to hold them on thinking I would 100% need them. If I could give this 10 stars I would. I got these diapers (3pack)literally the next day… and could not be more pleased! For reference, Mayzie is 14lbs. And definitely part pug. That’s all I know about her. She has a long torso and I measured her but they didn’t go well with the sizing chart. And I worried about choosing the wrong size. I ordered medium and they’re absolutely perfect! I thought maybe too small at first but there is just enough room to be comfortable. I put a regular panty liner inside so I’m not using them as the diaper. I wanted something disposable… The fact that my dogs tail is curled up may help these stay perfectly in place. I’m not sure but they do not move at all! and I can relax and not worry about accidents or leaks. An option I didn’t need but was impressed by when I received these is how they are made to be super adjustable to your dog. The Velcro is really strong and holds well. I have to hold my dog and pull pretty hard to take the diaper off. And it’s super easy and quick to put back on after potty breaks. There are buttons inside to adjust the leg opening…snaps on the outside to use to take up extra space if a little too big and Velcro so you can get a snug and secure fit around the waist. The best part… THEY DONT MOVE. They stay where I put them. No doubt the tail helps, but there is no need for the suspenders. These literally saved me and my sanity. I have not found one bad thing about this product. They are well made, sewing is complete and the fact that they have cute patterns is a plus. Function meets fashion!! This is my favorite review I’ve ever written. I was worried that I’d receive a product that didn’t work. But was so happy to be wrong. DONT HESITATE!! Order these! ***** UPDATE ON RECIEW AFTER USING THESE DIAPERS EXCLUSIVELY THROUGH FULL HEAT CYCLE. I STILL LOVE THEM AS MUCH AS I DID WHEN I RECEIVED THEM. BUY THESE! These are the only dog diapers I purchased so Mayzie wore them 24 hours a day (nice to have 3 of them in a package. Washing was simple and no stains at all. None. I did use a pad inside the diaper and a couple times the pad slid down (my fault) and I thought for sure the diapers would be stained . I washed on delicate with cold water and hung them to dry. 5 out of 5 for sure!!

These things are great. They’re well made and have convenient features (tabs to tighten the elastic in the legs is one of them) and fit much better than the ones we had that we needed to replace. Plus they’re waterproof and they’re cute. Would definitely recommend and buy again.

I measured my dog according to the chart in the pictures, and that worked perfectly for sizing. I measured twice to be sure. I panicked a little and bought the next size up as well. Dog measured as a small, but I bought size small disposables that I could barely get on her and got ripped off immediately. So I also ordered medium which fit fine with the snaps done, but the small definitely fit perfectly. I shouldn't have worried because the measurements were good, and I hadn't measured for the disposable pack, just went by the weight rating which was dumb. Anyway, these reusable doggy diapers were a lifesaver during her heat cycle. We inherited grandpa's dog after he got cancer, and the family cancelled the spay appointment. She went into heat which further delayed spay, but the diapers kept our house clean and stopped our 2 dogs we already had from bugging her as much. She did try to lick herself a lot, and if we weren't watching, she'd pull and chew on the diaper. She totally ripped one open so it was unusable anymore and ripped another pretty badly but still useable. I was happy to have 2 packs at that point plus having to wash the diapers and still having enough to have a clean one to use the next day. If you have a chewer, definitely keep an eye on the dog while the diaper is on, but once she got out of the most intense part of her heat, she didn't bother the diaper much. Diaper was pretty easy to get on her, every for my 10-year-old. We did forget to take the diaper off a couple of times when we let her out to potty, but again, having an extra pack saved our bacon because we had enough clean ones to deal with that situation. She actually looks pretty cute with the diaper on, and it absolutely was a lifesaver during her heat! I definitely think it would also work for incontinence because, like I said, we forgot to take the diaper off when she went out to pee, and there was no leaking, and it absorbed pretty well. I would recommend having extra diapers just in case.
