My son (17 months old) destroyed these on the first day. The handles on the tools come apart easily and are small enough for toddlers to consume. I have thrown them away due to fear he might eat them when I am not watching him. This toy would be a good option for an older child who was less likely to eat their toys. Though the pieces come apart they are easy to put back together. Overall a decent toy but not good for toddlers.
