I love these mugs and the writing was so cute, however one wash and all the lettering came off. Luckily I found out before I gave them to my employees for gifts. I went to Michaels and bought dishwasher safe mod podge. I painted over the lettering with that. They should put a big slip in the box that says it is not dishwasher safe or simply do the sealing before they ship. So don’t waste the money on the letting unless you plan to seal them. Because who in the world would never put these in a dishwasher?

I can’t say enough about this company. This is my second time ordering. I gift these mugs when making Cocoa bombs for friends. Small chip in one mug the first order. They replaced immediately and actually did better and sent two mugs. Gotta love a company that makes sure you win when you have a little disappointment. Second order I reach out to see if they could ship ASAP as I had a time restraint. Again, they got back right away and very quick shipping. They were perfect. Nice quality. I wouldn’t hesitate to buy again!

Very nice, heavy duty mugs. Nice weight to them. Planning to make Christmas gifts out of these. Unfortunately 1 out of the 10 mugs arrived broken, however I emailed the seller who replied back within the hour and stated they would refund the cost of the broken mug. Very impressed with the item as well as the customer service. Would recommend!

Inspired by a gift cup my daughter gave me after a trip to Waco TX ( see photo). Looks identical minus the logo. Don’t really need 10, but the price was hard to pass. Will tuck some away as replacements when one inevitably breaks or use as gifts. Love the black speckles on the white cups. Did not customize, so I can’t speak to the durability of any logo or decoration. Hot drinks may cool faster due to the wide mouth, but that also makes them great soups, chili, etc For anyone giving a lessor review because 1 or more were delivered broken, I can only say blame the shipping co.; what I received was very well packaged. Great mugs.... worst customer service. I have ordered multiple times (probably 10-15) and they have cancelled orders due to ‘overselling’ twice. And of course, it’s during December when I have Christmas orders going out. One order wasn’t cancelled until 3 days after it was supposed to arrive. That is insane to me.
