It was easy to customize and printed beautifully i just hate that the first time I pulled it out to set it up and look at it, it never retracted back down. I had to roll it around the stand itself to go back in the storage bag for my event and had to lean it against a table for it to stand up when it was show time. I guess there is a reason there is no returns or exchanges.

This is my second review, the first banner I received was poorly made, and not worth it at all. But I was sent a second banner which was a much better product. Made from better material and I feel it will last. Thanks
