Either I incorrectly ordered 1 wrong letter or I was sent an incorrect letter-not sure which BUT when I placed the reorder for simply 1 letter the shipping was more than the cost of the letter! $10.00 plus dollars for ONE letter-OUCH!! So make sure you check your wording when you place your order or otherwise it's VERY expensive to get what you want! ... show more

The font is beautiful. I'm glad I put it together 10 days prior to my event. If the letters were plastic coated, they could be reused. However, the price was affordable and I received all the characters ordered.

Had a banner made for my daughter's first birthday and they got it perfect. Letters were a great size and I loved how it's glitter/sparkles but the glitter doesn't come off! Only thing I would recommend is having a different material for the string. My string started unraveling after feeding it through the 2nd letter and it was just annoying to keep fixing. ... show more

This product has good reviews but what we received went right in the trash. The letters are very thin. Most look like were cut with scissors & the result of a kindergarten craft class. Plus you get to do the work of stringing it by yourself with cheap string. I should have gone to a craft store & had a decent one made. This is for a 25th wedding anniversary & just too poorly made to display. Very disappointed! I want to support small businesses but this product is not acceptable. ... show more
