I got expedited shipping since it was close to the date that I needed the cutouts. I received them and I couldn't be happier. The cutouts are on thick foamy cardboard with a secure handle. The cutouts are in the shape of the heads so each one is custom cut. The rep from the company called me to get approval of the cutouts before sending them. Had to get one for my nephew an two nieces for football and cheer season as a surprise. Turned out fantastic 👏🏻 colors are vibrant and excellent quality. My one critique would be a sturdier handle (I actually used paint stirrers instead because the sticks they send didn't seem stronge enough)
