Absolutely love the way these balls look. And they practically explode on the break. The ONLY thing that is a bit annoying is the fact that the 8-ball looks exactly like every other solid ball. Even the number on the 8-ball is identical to the other balls. If this were different we'd be looking at the most perfect set of billiard balls ever made. ... show more

These billiard balls are of a good quality and have lasted several months of play without scratching or cracking, even with repeated hard breaking while playing eight-ball. The pearlescent finish and modern silver and black colors are fantastic looking on the table! If I am being super picky, the balls do play as if they are somewhat lighter and more elastic than expensive phenolic resin sets. But the balls in this set are very uniform in weight and roundness and roll true. I don't like the fact that it is difficult to locate the eight ball because it looks exactly like the other "solids", but that is the trade-off for such an amazing "space-age" style set of balls. ... show more

Really have to pay attention to where the balls that it looks like a solid I’ve lost a couple games sinking the eight ball early on purpose, but overall really like it

    • half of the striped balls don't roll true, looks fantastic on my gray felted table when stationary.
The media could not be loaded. These gray stone pool balls look really cool, BUT for the price which was not cheap I expected them to be of better quality. They react very energetically to hard hits which would be OK but several of the striped balls don't roll straight as they slow down to a stop. A few of them will almost turn 180 degrees with the right hit! They are fun for a minute but are soon put away for real pool balls! Its a REAL SHAME because they are beautiful, but beautifully useless! ... show more

Great billiard set. Love the look and great finish. Quality set of pool balls. Only thing that’s a negative is the cue ball and 8 ball looks like every other low number ball. So if you’re not careful, you’ll sink the 8 ball in thinking it’s a 1-7 ball. Or you’ll have trouble finding the cue ball on break. But I still love the set. ... show more

They were an ok set of balls. Would have been nice if the 8 ball was black. A lot of time is wasted looking for it between shots. I returned them and will keep shopping around.

I was pleasantly surprised at how beautiful these balls are. They are glossy, marbelized and gorgeous. They come in a nice box as well. I didnt like that they put tape and a sticker on the box though. I think these could make a nice gift. My only complaint is that the balls are lightweight. Maybe that is normal or how these are supposed to be but I guess I thought there would be a standard weight among pool balls. My current pool balls are over 50 years old and they are much heavier than these new balls. Maybe now days balls are lighter so my expectations are off thinking they should be just as heavy as other balls. Regardless, these are gorgeous and I wouldn't pass them up! ... show more
