UPDATE: Customer service reached out immediately and sent a new pair of shoes. Great servive! I got these for my grand daughter for Easter. The strap broke the first time she wore them. It's too late to return them. Very disappointed.

I love the color and they came with super cute charms but unfortunately one of the straps already broke. Also, if you put the charms on the top bigger holes they fall off eventually. :(
