This remote is perfect if your toddler is always trying to take the remote. Unlike other toy remotes this one looks and feels like your average remote. Very comparable to a fish network remote. You may even grab it by mistake. I worried the noises would throw our smart little guy off but he actually enjoys them. Now he has his remote and we have ours. Love this product.

We were looking for an “electronic”ish toy for our toddler daughter that isn’t overstimulating and obnoxious. We try to steer clear of those types of toys. This little remote is awesome!!! It has gentle noises and simple song tones (not entire songs). It only makes the brief sound when the button is pushed (cause and effect!!) There are no overstimulating flashing lights (no lights at all actually). When you push the numbers it actually says the numbers (educational) and it does so in a normal humans voice. I swear to you, if they made other items, just like this, I would buy all of them. Simple toys that aren’t overstimulating and obnoxious need to make a come back. This is it!

So, typical baby wants the remote..Well, now we both have one! This helps a lot. And if the volume of the remote bothers you, use the volume keys to turn it down, and then give it back to the baby.
