Yes, The desk can be put together with long side on either the left or the right. When you assemble this, pay attention to the illustrations and note where the bolt holes are (especially for the main legs that will later hold the accessories). Also, when you have it upside down and assembling the metal frame, don’t tighten all the individual pieces until you have all of them installed - then tighten them up, that will make it go together very nicely. There are some extra pieces of hardware included so that if you ever want to disassemble and reassemble it again later (and you loose a bolt), you’ll have an extra. Speaking of which, leave the identifying letter stickers on the pieces and just position them in a way so they can’t be seen when right side up. That way, if you do have to take this apart and reassemble it again (if you move it for example), you will know exactly how it goes back together. You should also keep the extra pieces and the manual in large ziplock bag for that very reason. Overall, this was very easy to assemble and it looks and feels great for a low cost desk. It’s very sturdy, but don’t try to sit on it or climb all over it like a circus money and it will last for years, if not decades. If you are a gamer or you work from home, you are going to LOVE THIS desk. Out of the box it may seem overwhelming but just give yourself a bit of time, about 2 hours to set up all the pieces on the floor, take your time and it is easy to put it together. It is a very sturdy and comfortable desk to sit at for any amount of time you spend in your chair working or gaming. It as plenty of room. I have a 30" monitor and a 27" monitor on 1 side and my work laptop set up on the other side. You can use the shelf for the laptop or other daily necessities or like me, my water, toys, etc.... I store my extra keyboard under the shelf and since my monitors do not sit directly on the desk, i have plenty of room under them as well. The thickness of the desk is great so you can hang the caddy on the side, i have my cup and headphone/mic holder there so it isn't in my way and i don't spill anything while i am working, and i have one of those clip on lamps for extra light when i am in zoom meetings. It is easy to keep clean, just wipe it with a dry cloth or a swiffer once every 2 weeks, no need to use any cleaners of any kind. I store my computer tower underneath as you can see and there is PLENTY of leg and chair space. From the floor to the desk it is about 29 inches, your chair will fit nicely depending on how high or low you sit. You will be happy with this desk for many reasons, especially if you are shopping on a budget. Most desks will run you hundreds of dollars. It's a great desk for how cheap and affordable it is, though the top panels are just off of being perfectly flat it's still barely noticeable, it provides a great amount of space and the headphone and folder pocket are great additions! I'd recommend this desk, just make sure to follow instructions and that your floor is flat and level for it ... show more

I live in a fairly small 1 bedroom apartment. I have always wanted an L desk. I tried going the gamer route of making an Ikea table but it just wasn't doing it for me. I've always wanted an L desk and this one is close to perfect. I am honestly surprised how sturdy it is. I have about 60 lbs worth of monitors on it and it's rock steady, doesn't even wobble. Fits perfectly in the corner of my living rom. my only little complaint is I wish it was just a little bit wider, monitor sits awful close to me now, maybe 22inches instead of 19 ... show more

Honestly good desk, just terrible quality control. Holes in brackets “g” did not line up with bracket “h” ended up having to drill 3 holes in this desk in total. Other holes in bracket “i” did not align with another, small amount of space on top of desk. What can you expect from $100 desk though? Also the shelf looking thing doesn’t screw directly into the table, it uses surface tension of two screws underneath pressing onto the table to hold it up. Would not put anything on it, and honestly I just ended up throwing it away. TL;DR: some holes didn’t line up, needed drill, some gaps between table boards, and terrible shelf design, BUT it’s a $100 desk so I’m not expecting much. ... show more

This desk is great! I bought the first one back in 2021. I work from home and game often and it held up wonderfully! As time went on it was just a little too cramped for the amount of equipment I had, so I bought a second one and put them together for what I like to call “mega desk”! They sit together seamlessly and now I have my dream office set up. :) this desk is super easy to put together and I love that you can choose which side to build the L on! The black color is nice and deep, the bars that cross over at the bottom are great for cable management (I’m just not very good at it lol). Super sturdy, roomy, and a great price!
