This desk has been a lifesaver! I got it when I was staying with my brother for an extended visit and working from a card table. This was easy to put together and is so much more comfortable. The hanging pouch hold tons of papers to keep the desktop clear and the laptop lift keeps my head at a comfortable angle (also provides more space to store things underneath.) With the headphone hook on the side, everything I need is within easy reach. I assembled it quickly myself and have since disassembled and reassembled it 3 times without instructions. Needed a desk for painting/studying purposes and this absolutely fit that criteria. I got the 32" option and it fits perfectly in the corner of my small room. Doesn't take up too much space and there is still a lot of working space across the desk top, even with that additional little laptop stand. I personally wouldn't use it for that purpose but it doubles well as a place to put supplies and such. Overall, I would recommend this to anyone who just wants a small compact studying area. It was fairly easy to put together and, while it can wobble occasionally, it's pretty sturdy. Great product, I'm happy with it. The side pouch is also a neat feature. ... show more

    • Great desk with some very minor caveats
This is a very nice (especially for the price!) sturdy desk. I bought the 63" white one to use for a PC gaming setup. It holds my mini-tower, ultrawide monitor, keyboard, mouse and has space for my laptop to sit and charge. There are no wobbles, doesn't seem rickety at all. The "small table" it comes with is a great bonus and can be used as a monitor stand (if you like your monitor to be super high) or like a mini hutch or shelf. I use it as a shelf for collectibles, and it frees up more actual desk space. Awesome! I also like the hook and bag (more on that later...) The wood the tabletop is made from appears to be a nice, dense fiberboard of some sort with imitation woodgrain veneers (the surface, at least on the white one, is not perfectly smooth, it has a woodgrain effect). It's a nice contrast to the all-black of my gaming PC components. I'm torn about the assembly process. I found it pretty easy to handle by myself overall, even with the large 63" tabletop. The instructions were very clear and easy to understand... I think a lot of the complaints you see about missing bolt holes and bolts cracking the tabletop surface are from folks not paying attention to the directions and fouling it up... Or maybe earlier instructions were worse? I don't know, but if you read it and look at the pictures carefully, it's hard to mess up. They provided extra bolts, and all hardware was present and properly labeled. All that said, I should say I'm an experienced automotive tech, so bolting together a desk is cake (especially using a ratchet and hex bit rather than the puny allen wrench provided)... But I did have to "manhandle" a few things to get bolt holes to line up (the advice the instructions give to start but not tighten all the bolts at first is sound... This will allow you a little "slop" to force things to fit)... I also found they had punched one bolt hole very slightly off, just enough to prevent the bolt from passing through, so I had to ream/enlarge the hole slightly. No big deal, but if you don't have a rat-tail file handy and know how to deal with it, you weren't getting that bolt in. If it weren't for that, it would've gotten 10/10 on assembly. Assembly pro tips: *Start all bolts by hand, and don't snug them down all the way until you get them all started (but before you flip the desk over and stand it on its legs). *If you use tools (like a ratchet or driver) rather than the supplied allen wrench, be careful not to overtighten the bolts and cause damage. Good and snug is all you need. *The hex openings on the bolt heads are soft, be sure the tool engages into the opening fully to prevent rounding off the hex (as me how I found out). *You can achieve a cleaner look by attaching the "bag" with the flap that the bolt holes are in folded back (bag "flipped up" for access to put the bolts in), then the bag hangs down over the flap when finished. This covers the bolts that hold the bag on, causes the bag to fit nicely against the tabletop, and also covers all the bolts into the legs on that end of the table. *Caution: Think about your choice of positioning the hook (or using it all!) as it can be a danger to pets and children... somebody could lose an eye! I positioned the desk in a corner, and attached the hook on the end of the desk nearest the wall... I left enough space so I can use it, but it poses no danger to my dogs this way. Lastly, as some others have pointed out, this desk is amazingly well packaged. The box looked like it had been through war when I got it (large tears, several holes, one corner half ripped off), the desk was completely unscathed inside! They use a good bit of styrofoam and the corners are indeed well padded and reinforced. For some reason Amazon shipped it by USPS, which was a bad choice because at least in my case, they refused to deliver it to my house... They said it wouldn't fit in a normal tiny mail truck (I don't doubt it)... So I had to go pick it up from the sorting facility. Amazon should rethink this and ship it by UPS or something, but your post office may handle it better (they may have larger vans, etc.). All in all... I highly recommend this desk, with a few caveats. ... show more

I have ordered this brand desk before. I have two I use in my office. I love them! I have used them for three years. They are still very sturdy even after a move. I decided to purchase to more for my craft room. One arrived a day earlier than expected. The second got lost. After correspondence with the seller it was promptly replaced and again I received it a day earlier than expected. I am very grateful for the wonderful customer service! Ordered this desk and was expecting it in a week. Ended up being over a month with me trying to get a hold of the Post Office to have them deliver it. They said because it weighed so much they weren’t able to deliver but I was welcome to pick it up at the P.O. What?!! I tried to set up re-delivery via the automated system for the P.O. and they no showed! It could be my P.O. to blame as well since they had to send down a team to help them out, maybe short staffed??! Anyhoo, I ended up finally getting the desk a month later after having my desk be held hostage by the Post Office. Also, when I ordered the desk, I had ordered the whitish desk. Debated over the brown, then wished I ordered the latter but it was too late because I didn’t want to cancel the order and have to reorder the desk. Long story short, the brown desk was delivered instead!! Lol!! What a nightmare! Took over a month to receive and received wrong color! Package was not damaged, good condition. The desk itself is nice, slim in design and is wide enough to fit 2 monitors and 2 dining room chairs. (for my grandchildren to sit on) Recommend the desk but not the shipping method used by seller. ... show more
