***EDIT*** - Added two stars because of customer service. Company was very big on making sure I was satisfied. I like the L shape, thats as far as pros go. Here come the cons; - very small height wise. Keep in mind if you are a tall person such as myself. -for some reason the design was made to have an adjacent bar outlining the underneath of the desk top. This, paired with another outlining bar a few inches underneath that, makes monitor mounts almost impossible. Your only options are either a grommet, which for most people is a no go due to it being more permanent and destructive, or you have to use a very small c clamp with a short rod and finagle it to be on the aforementioned bar underneath the desk. -two of the holes were spaced incorrectly when pre drilling so I could not screw that part together. Its where the wire shelf meets its adjacent vertical piece. All in all this is a lot of sacrifices to quality and accessibility for such a pricey desk.

Great desk for working and fits a sit stand attachment perfectly. She side shelves are perfect for baskets and easily accessibly. The space under the desk is perfect for a foot rest and open to allow for easy access to cords.

It looks good in the room and it has plenty of leg room, the shelf space is a great fit or a PC and I have a fairly large gaming PC (although I had to set aside one of the shelves off to make room for the height). Without the top shelf, there's about 9.5 inches (width) by 24 inches (height) of space there. I just wanted to point this out because when I bought it willing to put it on top of the desk but I was hopeful that I could get it on the shelf and it worked out. Don't forget to take into account if there are buttons on the top though! Overall, I'm very happy with this purchase. If I could go back in time and get this desk sooner, I'd do it. Amazon doesn't let me rate things more than 5 stars but if I could, I would rate this desk 6 stars.

Needed a desk for a work from home space and this fits the bill. We placed it in a corner, which fit perfectly, and really like the shelf attachment. There are many in this price range, but this one suited us best! Pros: - Sturdy. Heavy wood particle board. Stands up to all the things sitting on it just fine. - Little bits of water wipe right off without issue. But, make sure coasters are used for your glasses and perhaps a placemat if you decide to use a hot plate of food. - Lots of space! L-shape allowed us to place it in the corner of room, maximizing our square feet. - Love the faux wood texture and design. - Metal shelf attachment is classy and adds some function and style. You won't find other desks with this kind of addition without hefty added cost. Cons: - Not reversible (not touted to be). Many similar desks in this price range do include the reversible ability. Now, with a little bit of work, anything can be reversed (don't let your imagination run too far). This could play a factor if you're considering buying this desk and the versatility for use in future living spaces. - Not waterproof. Other desks in this price range 'claim' the waterproof ability. I do doubt the claim, though, as you'll read in many other L-shaped desk reviews that water will cause issues long term. Not a huge deal. - Slightly smaller than other desks in the price range. If maximum desktop space is your goal, this one clocks in slightly shorter than some of the other brands. We actually needed something smaller, so not exactly disappointed in this fact. Overall: Love the desk. Most L-shaped desks cost around the same and have similar functionality, so in the end it comes down to space needs and style. The build is sturdy and feels heavy (I put it together). You won't feel self-conscious adding your office items to it. There are similar pitfalls to other L-shaped desks, but ultimately if you're in the market for one, give this one some consideration. It's a better value in some ways and even included extra parts for backup. It's a win!
