My husband first ordered these boots for me in my regular size 8.5, they were too tight. He sent them back and I ordered them in size 9.5 and I received them today. They fit, but the left boot has some issues with the 3 thin leather strips close to the top section of the boot. The right boot looks great. I am very disappointed, because now I have to return them and maybe try again to reorder another pair in the 9.5 size. Also, having to wait 30 days for my money to be returned to me is awful, especially when they costs so much. I'm definitely not happy about the situation, all it would have taken was good quality control to eliminate this problem. ... show more

    • Beautiful but colors differ from what is represented in the picture.
This is my first pair of Cuadra boots. Shipping has been a pain with Cuadra, but the boots are beautiful. The colors are not as represented in the picture - the snakeskin and bottom of shoe is much darker (a dark chocolate, almost black) and the “blue” upper leather is more of a cool gray. I usually wear a 6.5, but had to exchange them for a 7. Narrow in the toe box, for sure, but the ankle fits well. I’m still happy with the booties, but disappointed with the shipping speed (it took > a week to receive both times I ordered them, despite being “prime”). Overall I recommend them. ... show more

I absolutely love these boots. I was hesitant to buy them before I just don't spend that kind of money on boots and I was concerned the heel was too high for me. I decided to do the "try before you buy" and was 90% sure they would not work. I was pleasantly surprised at how comfortable they were.
