I love these pants! I bought them in 6 different colors! They are super comfortable and soft. I think they fit true to size. I am usually a size 10 in pants and the large fits perfectly. The waist is more of a high rise fit but very stretchy. I would actually never work out in these, I wear them to work as they are professional looking with a nice shirt.

These pants have slightly more structure and weight but they are great for the price point. Roomy and stretchy. I’m 5’8”, 120lbs and bought a Small. There is plenty of room to size down if you prefer a closer fit - waistband is not too snug and plenty of stretch in the fabric. Highly recommend!
