I feel like I always have trouble with CRZ bras lol. I’m a 34D and ordered a medium. This is an incredibly comfortable bra and is my go-to if I’m wearing a tshirt. I don’t spill, which is great. The only thing is the band underneath could be smaller. If you’re smaller chested you probably won’t care but if you need the support under your girls, you’re gonna notice it’s SO close to being perfect. I did size down to a small for a separate order and if I took the pads out, it fit better and the way a more supportive sports bra should but then the straps were a little too tight. If you aren’t between sizes you will probably be fine, I am just weird lol. I do recommend despite my sizing issues. The color granita pink is beautiful in person and true to the image. Oh and of course the removable pads are annoying when it comes to adjusting them every time you put the bra on.

My wife is African American & wanted a sports bra that’d be less noticeable. Many of her Nike bras were bright colored, so often times they could be seen right through her shirts. As well, the bras would be seen at the collar because the straps come so close to the neck line. This bra can be worn with anything & still stay well concealed. The rest of the quality wasn’t sacrificed either. The fabric is soft & thick & gives great support.

Like another reviewer, I found the band to be much too loose. I wear a 30 D/DD and bought a size small. The chest part fit well, secure, no spillage no falling out when I leaned forward. But the band was just sort of hanging underneath, which is not exactly the intended purpose. I didn't want to try an xsmall because I figured it would be too small/tight in the chest. Otherwise, the fabric feels nice. A bit difficult to get over my shoulders, but that's because it's only mildly stretchy, which is better for support than the extra stretchy ones. Bottom line: not for small ribcages but probably a good option for everyone else.
