I was so excited to try this thing. It is a handy exfoliator and travels well. It did remove some hair and soften the skin by exfoliating but its patchy. Does not work on long hair (only stubble), bikini area, or around joints. So it's usefulness is extremely limited. Does not replace shaving.

Disappointed in the item. It worked on my legs the best and I can see using it instead of shaving. However, I tried it on my arm and got burns essentialy- burning big red spots. Be careful if you have sensitive skin.

I immediately tried this hair remover after it arrived, it’s a dud, it doesn’t work as advertised and I cannot return it fast enough. It’s also deceptive with the description, it says it’s for hair removal, however, the box it came in says “feet like new”, leading me to believe that it isn’t actually for hair removal. Not worth the cost, don’t waste your money.
