I have (2) Crua 24 inch curved monitors (FHD 165hz). Recently one monitor started showing static on boot up. That monitor no longer shows as HDR certified, only allows 120hz maximum refresh rate, and image quality has sharply declined. Other monitor works as it should. I’ll give two stars because one is still working… but ultimately both have to be replaced…. Buyer beware. UPDATE: I contacted Customer Service, and they replied quickly. I was told the monitor only maintains 120hz on an HDMI cable. I will take the hit on this because reading down the description, this fact was eventually stated. The Title on the product is still misleading to me, but the product specs ARE there. My bad for not reading through the entire description. However, the loss of HDR certification, and obvious drop in picture quality after 10 months use still remains. Crua has remained diligent in it's attempt troubleshoot and resolve the issue. I have since replaced both monitors. I commend Crua for there Customer Service, and I have upped my review to 4 stars, because the support is there for their product, and I will once again commend that. ... show more

The black color representation is horrible and i can see 4 glowing orbs in each corner. This seems like a huge distraction for gaming and it indeed is. I would send it back but its too much hassle and very large. Kind of bummed that this wasnt better cus i blew my money on it and now am stuck with a lackluster display. Theres also 'ghosting' with the mouse and windows. What gives CRUA? UPDATE: After several emails they sent another one which has no spots, looks like original was damaged in shipping. Monitor is ok. Not impressed but its a cheaper model. Get what you pay for here for sure! ... show more

It's good but it's overpriced if you get it at $129.99 it's worth it but anything more than that it is not worth it there's nothing wrong with the monitor it's just a budget monitor I've had mine for 10 months now no problems so far but I wish I did spend a little more money on something a bit better ... show more
