I couldn't ask for more from a monitor of this price! Honestly, I was not expecting anything this good. I bought this on short notice, as my gaming laptop died unexpectedly all of a sudden, and this was what I picked for the new computer I got. I really couldn't be happier with the visual quality, and as I'd never had a curved monitor before, I now can say I fully understand the appeal. It really is a must for gaming. This screen is great. Its not to wide or too tall. I use it for work, not gaming. I have the ability to put multiple windows on one screen and still see it comfortably. The clarity is great and the whole thing is easy to assemble. There is a HDMI cable but it is the one with a slight angle on it.

Unlike most and more expensive brands that use plastic, I was surprised to see the mounting stand made of painted anodized aluminum which makes this really sturdy. The resolution is exceptional. There was a weird burn-in discoloration halo on the first one. Very distracting, so had it replaced. The second one, the color is fine, but it has some connectivity issues with the DisplayPort, where it times out after a few minutes. The first one did not have this problem. The HDMI port works just fine though. If the DP worked well, then it'd be a 5-star product, because of the exceptional value. Its not very heavy and was able to mount to an arm for a standing desk with no difficulties. There is decent cable management, just make sure you align the covers properly after. The stand it comes with is okay, but I think an adjustable arm really makes this a better product. There's some QC consistency issues, but Amazon's return policy on this is great, so it is an easy fix, if you do get a bad unit.

I used this for about a week and ended up having to return it. The monitor was nice looking on the desk and the connectivity options were good, but that's it. It had had a bad glare even with no uncovered window and most of the lighting in the room coming from behind it. The picture quality was not great no matter what adjustments I made. Colors were dull and lighting was poor. Both of the computers I hooked up have great graphics, so I thought maybe something was getting lost along the way and I needed to try different cables, ports, etc. - nope. Hooked them up to a different monitor using all of the same connection methods, and got super clear, crisp colors... not dull like this one was. I tried every way to like this because the price was great, the reviews were good, and the specs were supposedly good too, but it was not good at all. ****BUT the thing that made me decide it HAD to go back was the sound!!!**** It had SUCH a bad high-pitched whine no matter what I connected, how I adjusted settings, etc.! I thought it would go away or tried troubleshooting once again hoping maybe was a connection issue, but stripped down to it's barest connections, with the best cables, and across every device I tried it with, the whine was still there. It seemed to be the loudest around the monitor's power adapter, but it was practically a scream, so it didn't really matter what part of the thing it was coming from. Again, totally gone now that I have a different monitor connected, so the monitor was definitely the culprit. Save yourself the trouble of a bulky return package, and pass on this monitor! I have Samsung, HP, Apple, Lenovo, and LG monitors. None have these issues. I use the set up where this monitor was for work, gaming, graphic design, and streaming - on both a Mac and a PC, so this monitor got a pretty fair shot at everything. The one I replaced this monitor with is a fairly spec equivalent LG that is also a smart TV, and it was only $120 more. I'm sure there are other similar options out there for probably even closer to this price without the tv options. Buy one of those... don't buy this one! {{Side note for anyone still reading this very long review... someone told me recently that "-" is a sign of AI generated text. Not AI. I just like "-" LOL!!}}

This is my second Crua monitor. I am not a gamer. I use both these monitors for my home office. It seems my first purchase was 240Hz, and the newest one is 144Hz - as if this makes a difference to me. My 3 criteria: 1) Matte screen, 2) the port options - HDMI/DP, and 3) Curved screen. The cost was good, since I found this on sale. Great for spreadsheets. This particular (almost the same) model is sturdier than the May 24-purchased monitor, and the range tilt has a better degree of tilt options. This monitor does not telescope. Easy to set up.

I would like to amend my previous review and changed giving this company a five star. The company has contacted me and addressed all my concerns about the monitor issue. After many friendly conversations they sent to me a new power cord to use with the Monitor, and the monitor worked as before. After many days, it continues working as expected. Thank you very much for take seriously all the concerns I have had and help me to resolve the issue. We are very happy now this was addressed. Customer services and tech support approach was very nice and respectful, the communication was immediately in both sides every day. I just can said Thank you for your dedication Well, I bought this monitor for my son on Sep2023, good quality, sharp, fine design, good for games, but after 9 months it’s goes off, it do not start any more. It began taking time turn on, after few hours then woke up, until the last it did not started any more, it’s less than a year I bought it.
