Good design and comfortable to wear. However, one of the buckles was permanently installed upside down which prevents me from adjusting it while attached to the guitar. Seems like a quality control issue. A minor inconvenience but easily preventable.

I don't think I would take this on the road with me, or on an airplane or a very long road trip with lots of other stuff. But for storing the guitar around the house is just fine. It's a little flimsy, but it's a hard shell case and protects it for what I need it for.

I bought this for my Guild acoustic to let me carry it on my back without losing the protection that a hard case provides and without having to buy a separate gig bag. It's comfortable, easy to use — exactly what I needed at a reasonable price. I do wish it had a storage pocket so I could carry other things. Also wish it had a hip strap for greater comfort. the straps squeeze my neck at the top and the buckles don't hold the tension of the fabric well so I always have to readjust, but considering I had noticed that the patent number was stitched into the fabric before I bought it, I figured it was going to be a little crappy. However, it does a pretty good job of reducing strain on the shoulders and back when carrying my guitar, which is why I bought it. ... show more

Gone are the days when I carry my guitar case with grief. I used to carry it traditionally, with one hand but it's heavy as heck. This backpack mod helps a lot. And it's high quality so it'll last me a while. Now that I've freed up my hands, I can carry more gear.
