These shoes are squeaky (sticky?) because of their slip resistant feature. It sounds sticky. A lot more sticky than all my other non slip shoes. Sounds like when you walk on glossy floor with spilled soda that has been dried and left on the floor lol. I bought these in a size 7 since I am normally a 6.5 and a bunch of reviews and Crocs itself recommends sizing up, however, that’s definitely not the case for me. I had to size down and fit the size 6 perfectly I think because the shoes are SO WIDE. I still have some space to move around in them even though they are usually half a size smaller than what I normally wear. Now, when I had the size 7 shoes, I noticed the shoes did come with a really nice orange insert… My coworker that wears a size 5 or 6 also has the really nice little orange cushion insert… however, the ones I got, doesn’t have that. The size 6 I got came with a “Dual Crocs Comfort” black insert and it’s not nearly as comfy. It’s just a plain ol thin flat insert. I’m waiting to see if they would help me last a 9 hour shift without any pains. There’s two holes on the side for the shoe to breathe, otherwise it is fully enclosed. I wanted these specifically for this reason, so I can wash it completely down with some cleaners before getting off work. Hopefully these shoes last a while. Maybe I’ll be able to find some better inserts for the shoes when it wears down in a month or two judging by the thinness of the inserts included. Otherwise I’ll just switch back to getting sketchers and just not rinse my shoes at work. (Which is the whole reason I wanted to buy these) ... show more

Awesome work shoes! Like others have mentioned, size up. Putting them on with socks takes a little wiggling, but not really a problem. I'm on my feet 8-9 hours for a shift and my feet never hurt - other shoes would kill my feet. Work environment often has slick wet floors and I've never fallen or slipped in these... I've been buying this exact shoe for several years and this time they were different. The fit is much better, but the material feels a lot different. The actual shoe is a bit stiffer, less nonslip. And the insoles are nowhere near as comfortable as they used to be. In previous pairs, I could be on my feet 16 hours straight, no pain or discomfort whatsoever. I just did a 6 hour shift in my new pair and felt discomfort after hour four! I should've known something was off when I saw that they are half their usual price! I would've been a lifelong customer, but they decided to fix something that wasn't broken and ruined a good thing. I think I'm going to try and repair my old pair and hope for the best. ... show more
