  • GREAT EVERYDAY SHOE
This review is for the women's Crocs. These ON THE CLOCK CROCS are extremely comfortable. Many reviews have mentioned the fact that you need to go a size up. My opinion of that is as follows. I feel they run true to whatever size you normally wear in regular shoes. My picture above shows you that the insole is 1 inch thick at the heel and then tapers off towards the toe to a thinner insole in the front. I wear a size 9 or 10 shoe depending on how it's made. Previously any of the Crocs I have purchased were a size 9. The best fit for me with the On The Clock Crocs is a size 10 woman's if I wear them with the provided spongy comfy insole. A size 10 would also apply to me if I wore them with socks, particularly heavy ones. My suggestion is to order whatever your normal shoe size is, not necessarily what you've worn before in Crocs. If you wear a half size I would definitely go to the next full size up. 9 1/2 order size 10. The insoles that come with them are wonderful nice and spongy and very comfy with a good support on your heel. If you were to take out that insole and purchase a cheaper thinner one they would provide you with approximately a half size more room in the shoe. I had also ordered a women's nine and as long as I took out the spongy 1-in thick insole they fit nicely. There are several ways to shrink or stretch the Crocs also. You can use hot water, hair dryer, clothes dryer or the Sun. Since the shoes are made from silicone rubber heat and cold affect the sizing. NEVER LEAVE THEM SITTING IN THE HOT SUN AS THEY WILL SHRINK. One way to stretch them out is to get a heavy pair of socks and get them wet and wear the shoes to stretch them. If you find you get a pair that is just a little bit too large adding an additional insole should take up the half size of too much room. What I really love about these shoes is that they're washable and I can wear them for anything I do from gardening to grocery shopping and they always look clean. I also got a container of Croc butter / shine wipe which is a sponge with special oil on it that you rub over the shoe and it shines them up and makes them look new again. It's about $10 but last a really really long time and it's well worth it. Before I had bunion surgery 15 years ago Crocs we're all I could wear without being in serious pain. As far as feet sweating, I only notice it occasionally and in all reality when my feet sweat it keeps the skin soft rather than being dried out. The heel of the shoe comes up as shown in the picture about level to your ankle bone on the side of your foot. They feel very secure if you get the right size or adjust them with the insoles as I stated above. Overtime and wearing them they basically conform to your foot with your natural body heat. Hope this helps and wasn't confusing. I actually ordered two different sizes and sent back the one that didn't fit. Amazon is wonderful about returns and it's always good to have two sizes side by side to compare. Have a blessed day. 🙏🐊🩰👞🥿 ... show more

  • Not your regular Crocs...and that's ok!
Size: 13 Women/11 Men Color: Black/White
So yeah, these aren't your regular relaxed-fit Crocs. Likely because they're intended for working environments (hence the name "on the clock"). They're a much more snug fit from the top of the shoe to the bottom. Width, length, and toe box are on par with any other Croc I've worn. Personally, I use them to work in hospitality so it's long hour on my feet on a lot of slippery kitchen/bar floors. These things are very comfortable and they don't slip. They're like all-wheel drive for your feet. The snug fit provides a lot more agility than traditional Crocs so you can move fast and corner without sloshing around. All in all they're perfect for their intended use. I would definitely buy them again. The only drawbacks - your feet will run a little hot. They don't offer much breathability since there aren't any vents. At the same time, I wouldn't want vents since kitchen spills do happen. It's a fair trade. I would also advise agains wearing without socks. They're snug and made of a rubber-like material so rubbing up against bare skin makes for chafing pretty quickly. But I can't imagine working without socks either. So if you're looking for a work shoe - I would definitely recommend. If you're looking for a relaxed-fit, casual "OFF the clock" shoe, stick to the regular Crocs. ... show more

  • Can be loose or tight depending on whether or not you wear socks or use the insoles.
Size: 15 Women/13 Men Color: Black
So I got these to battle the much outside the house where I live. I have to walk the dogs constantly, and I wanted something I could slip on that would keep my feet dry as it is very muddy and wet around here. The first thing I noticed in the pictures, and on wearing them, was the nice, roomy toe box. This is an excellent feature and one of the reasons I purchased these! I then took out the insoles, which are very comfortable and inspected the shoes. There is good padding for the heel, and a strange line about where your toes would touch, corresponding to a line in the tread. Nice grippy material on the underside of the insole and a nice bumpy pattern on the inside of the shoes. The shoes are a bit hard to slip on, you will have to use your finger. Tight at the mid-top of the foot, loose at the toe end, likely slightly longer than needed for the size. I never know what my size it, it could be 12, 13 or once, even 15! I ordered the 13s, and I feel that with bare feet, using the insoles, it is just a bit longer than needed, but otherwise nicely fitting all around most of the foot. Please note that the back of the heel part is a little loose and your heel may slip out occasionally. I would've like more height around the ankle, but it is OK as it is. If I take the insoles out I can feel the ground more, which I like, but the shoe becomes very loose. It would be easier to clean this way, except for one issue I will mention soon. If you are going to use this barefoot, without insoles, get a size smaller and try that first. If you are going to use them with insoles and socks, get a size larger. Use half-sizes if they have them, but I do not recall seeing them. If you are going to use socks but no insoles, stick with your normal size. That should insure you get a good fit. I like the materials, the stretchy stuff where you sip the foot it, how everything seems like it is one piece - very good quality as far as I can tell. I am concerned with the two little holes for breathing, that I will step in some water-saturated ground and get wet feet. We shall see. That said, you should know that these are NOT outside shoes! The biggest issue I have with these "On The Clock" shoes is the tread pattern. It literally sucks up mud and grime, and is nearly impossible to easily just hose off. It is a pattern of tiny squares cut in half or quarters - can't recall which. On coming inside tonight I found a lot of mud on my shoes, and it is not easy to remove. The material itself is fine - it will dry quickly and water will not permeate it. But the pattern makes removing mud and soil very difficult. So use these shoes indoors only. If you need muck shoes, you will have to find something else, unless you want to spend some time scrubbing off all the caked in mud and dirt every time you go outside and come back in. I will likely keep these, even though I will struggle with cleaning out the tread. Maybe I will find something better later. ... show more
