If you know what Crocs are, a review really isn't necessary. You already know how wonderful they are. If you don't, then you should buy a pair and find out. They are a little big and clunky, but they are so comfortable, and that's why we buy them. I bought this pair specifically for wearing only inside my home. I needed a shoe that was easy to get on and off and would be comfortable for standing in while I was cooking or folding clothes. I can wear them with socks if my feet are cold and without socks the rest of the time. The bumps and ridges on the inside of the shoe give a bit of acupressure to the bottom of your feet, which helps them feel better. I have a pair of closed‐toed Easy Spirit sandles that I never wear with socks. I've noticed they make my feet stink and they get kind of grungy inside from the normal skin sloughing that happens to your feet during the day. For whatever reason, this doesn't happen with my Crocs. My feet may get hot, but Crocs don't make my feet stink and the inside of the shoes doesn't get gross. I don't know what it is, but they do better with my feet. This is my sixth or seventh pair of Crocs and I've been nothing but pleased with all of them. They are a comfortable fit. These are Crocs, so you already know they're excellent quality. My only issue is that they're only true to size if you're not using them in sports mode as the strap is not as long as the shoe itself and it's not made from a stretchable material. The listing says to go a size down and I'm a 7 1/2, so I ordered a size 7, and sports mode was too tight and uncomfortable for me. I returned them and ordered a size 8... Still too tight for me to wear for more than a couple of minutes. I returned them once again and got a size 9 (a size and a half up from my usual size) and finally, I can wear them in sports mode comfortably. So, if you're like me and like having your shoes secured on your feet, you might need to get a bigger size. ... show more

I had foot issues until is switch to Altra brand shoes that have Zero Drop and more importantly wide toe boxes to give my toes room to spread out and breath. A lot of people think the same things about those as Crocs (they look like clown shoes, etc.). My feet (top) and ankles do swell throughout the day. I wanted to try something that was even less restrictive on the top for around the house or even the beach or pool. I had to order a size up to deal with the swelling so there is extra space in the toe box, but my foot isn't sliding or moving around all so they have been great so far. As long as they don't stretch enough that my foot starts sliding I think I have a good alternative that is waterproof when needed. ... show more

My husband asked for these for Christmas. He prefers to not wear shoes in the house, so these are super quick for him to slip on and take the trash out, bring the dog in, get something from a vehicle, or get something from the garden. He says they fit very comfortably and they are much more substantial and comfortable than slippers for all the little things he uses them for. He also likes to wear them in the truck when he goes hunting and then he can put his giant hunting boots on when he arrives. It’s quicker than having to untie shoes. I’m not going to lie, buying crocs from Amazon can be iffy at times. I’m writing from experience because the first pair I ordered had defects. One shoe was noticeably bigger than the other. I tried to ignore it but couldn’t lol so I sent them back and requested a replacement pair. The replacement pair is perfect and both are shaped correctly. Only issue with the second pair is that since I ordered the original pair for Black Friday, I had to wait close to 2 weeks for the replacement pair to come even with my prime membership. ... show more

But I loved them,anyway, for their comfort and ease and tramped in them all over the Global South (Cuba (when the Obama window was open); Mexico; Puerto Rico; Ecuador, Costa Rica. they wear like iron, but the time came for me to order a new pair this December 2022. I've been a fan of Crocs for years, having purchased my first pair in Australia. This pair is different from my previous ones. Previously, the base of the croc fit my foot and the strap went all the way to the back of the shoe. This pair had a base that was noticeably larger than my foot, about a size 13 (even though it was stamped size 12), with a strap that was adjusted for a size 12 foot. The strap was quite a bit shorter than the base of the shoe, which accentuated that the base was oversized. The combination was not as comfortable as my previous pairs of size 12 crocs, but were tolerable. I suspect that this mismatch isn't on all sizes, but don't be surprised if yours are. ... show more

I never, ever thought I would ever buy crocs, honestly, however my son's girlfriend wore them over to our house and I slipped them on to take my dog out and I was blown away by how comfortable they are. She ended up leaving them at the house for a few days and every time I went outside to let my dog out, I put them on. She knew, she did not care, and I was wearing socks. I ended up buying a pair for myself and I liked the light, pastel purple. Again, not something I thought I would ever purchase for myself, especially at my age (29 plus a few years...), but I am glad I did as they are comfortable, easy to put on and take off, and perfect for wearing when letting your dog outside. ... show more
