It seems as though I was sent a returned pair of shoes (no tags, no green hanger that Crocs usually come with, they did come inside a clear Crocs shipping bag but it was open and very wrinkled like it was crumpled up). However the Crocs are still very clean, clearly never worn so I don't mind that they were resold. If they weren't a gift I wouldn't have minded the lack of "authenticity" like the tags, either. The clogs themselves are very comfortable and true to size. My older son likes this style better than the classic clogs because he can adjust the band for ultimate fit, versatility, and comfort. ... show more

I purchased these Crocs on 10/25/25 for a cruise I planned on taking with my family. I really liked how they look and feel. However, a few days ago, the back strap broke off. I've had other Crocs and nothing like this has ever happened. I went to Amazon this morning (10/28/25) to see if I could get a replacement, but apprarently I'm a few days short of the 30 day return policy, and can't figure out how to get anyone to make an exception being that I was on a cruise, and barely had access to internet to return the product sooner.
