Like most crocs your size will be smaller than your sneaker size. I am a male and I wear a size 12 in sneakers and a size 9 in crocs. So use this as a guide on what your size would be. I've had Crocs before and found them useful but they were forever slipping off my fairly narrow heel. This model has a comfortable, adjustable backstrap with velcro side ties! I was able to customize both the fit and grip -- a nice improvement.
