If you're looking for gear to get started to learn pickleball, then look no further. I am very impressed with this set. You get two wooden paddles, two indoor balls, two outdoor ball, two fuzzyminton birdies, a carrying bag for the gear and an introductory guide to learn about the game. The guide is a great addition to this set which covers a bit of pickleball history and rules of the game. A definite must have if you are just starting out and would like to have a handy guide. The paddles have a comfortable grip and they vary a bit in weight I assume due to the density of the wood. The black paddle in the set I received weighs 9.8 oz. and the white paddle weighs 10.6 oz. Compared to two other fiberglass paddles I have which are 7.9 and 8 oz. I've only played with the outdoor balls and the have a nice bounce to them and weigh 1 oz. each. So, if you're just starting out or would like to gift a set for someone this is a great choice.

This is a great set for beginners. I signed up for a pickleball class and wasn't sure where to start. I ordered this set and it had everything I needed for the course. The paddles are much lighter than I expected. I am confident they will hold up through the class and any recreational games I play. If you are an avid player, you may want something more suited to consistent use for longer than a year. This comes with a variety of options to practice with: pickleballs, birdies, etc. It also comes with a basic drawstring bag to carry it all in. None of it screams 'high quality' but for a beginner, it is perfect for what you will need! Trust me, it is much better to get a starter paddle, beat it up, and get something with more longevity than to invest in expensive equipment for something that doesn't keep your interest. There is also a pamphlet that goes over the rules of the game. I found myself referring to it even though I was taking a course that was teaching the game to me! If you are looking for a sign to get this set- this is it!

In recent years, I have seen more and more people start playing pickleball. I also started trying the sport and purchased this pickleball double shot set. It uses multi-layer wood structure and UV paint on the surface, which makes the racket strong and wear-resistant, and the surface is smooth and smooth. Nice pickleball set with a soft carrying case and balls. The paddle is a bit smaller than my other set that is also listed as USAPA approved but no impact when playing. New to pickleball so keep that in mind if the standard size paddles matter to you, it didn't to me as I am new to pickleball. Drawstring case is nice to keep the balls in but I ended up keeping paddles on my other case that was a bit more protective.

The CrispPlay pickleball paddle set comes with a carrying case/backpack, four balls and two different sized shuttlecocks. The paddles are a bit thinner than paddles I have seen in the store, but are comfortable, light and work just as well. The only potential downside to the paddles (and it seems like a common theme) is that the way the handles are put together, looks like they might end up coming apart soon. Time will tell I suppose, but as for right now, they are holding up just fine. Overall, this seems to be a really good starter set. I Highly recommend them.

Cheap case (-1 Star), Cheap accessories (-1 Star) but the pickleball paddles are very nice... The balls and paddles are very nice but the case is very cheap as are the other accessories. Im a definitely newbie when it comes to pickleball. I dabbled in tennis but this is definitely different. I also havent played in years so its definitely been awhile. The paddles are made of wood and the grips are very grippy. I like that it came with the feathered balls as I was able to play indoor with them not worring since they dont go too far. They make a nice sound when hitting and its very convenient that it comes with a carrying bag.
