I wanted to learn how to play pickleball and this is the perfect starter set. The paddles feel nice and sturdy. I like that it comes with the birdies too so I can practice using these small paddles (I’m used to tennis rackets) and get a feel for it without needing a court. I also like having the bag to keep everything together.

These were not luxe, deluxe or professional quality but they would be perfect for someone just getting started with the sport. The paddles were a nice comfortable size and grip for both adults and pre-teens when we used them at a multi-generational gathering.

These are decent for a starter set. The paddles are a little flimsy, but the balls are normal. Comes with a carry bag. If you're just starting out, I'd get these before spending money on a nicer racquet.

My wife and I are recreational pickleball players. We ordered a set mainly as an extra set to have around in case we need it. The paddles appears to be well made and have a nice protective "sleeve" on the outside which is nice. The wood feel is nice and solid and the grip feels great. The biggest problem we both have with these paddles is how heavy they seem to be especially compared to the current paddles that we use. That could be a good thing or a bad thing depending on who you are. The nice thing about this set is that it comes with balls and a carrying pouch. Overall, a solid buy but be aware of the paddle weight!
