I’ve had this for a few weeks and it works great! I typically inflate 2 SUPs easily using the plug in the back of my Jeep. The cord length is generous; I can lay 2 SUPs on the ground and the cord reaches no problem. Additionally this unit holds a charge and you can use unplugged if you need to. I have don’t this, however, I end up bringing the unit back to my vehicle to store along with my SUP bags while we take off paddle boarding. Great buy and a must have!

Good quality, great display / button lay-out and a to-go bag, too! Not sure why it's so hard for the other brands to include a bag for the pump, hose and fittings. I like that this pump will reach 20 psi for my inflatable foilboard and not just 16 psi like the other brands due to only considering the lower psi of most SUPs. Glad I searched and found this one...

Received this yesterday, when unpacking noticed that the top was scuffed up, makes me wonder if this is a refurbished pump. There was no instructions in the box. Used it today seems to inflate the board very nicely. Changed my three stars to 5, customer service is fantastic.

The media could not be loaded. Purchased this last October, used once in 2023 (use #1). Started back up in mid June 2024 with a solo visit (use #2). Then 3 visits with a friend (uses #3, #4, #5). Last weekend I went solo (use #6) with no problems. The unit was overheating on the second to last visit (use #5) when I had to inflate two SUPs back to back. It did not overheat last week when I went solo (use #6). Went to the lake today (use #7) and it wouldn't read right on the screen. The SUP inflated to about 6psi but it was reading only .83. It wouldn't go over 1.10 on the screen despite the SUP being just under where I would get it with a hand pump, which is still not nearly enough stability to be balanced on a windy lake. I was okay adapting to the incorrect reading, except it wouldn’t push past six or seven psi. I'm so disappointed because it's so hard to find a pump that is both cigarette lighter AND battery. I really wanted to love this product And I really wanted to have longevity with this product.

We ordered this pump to use with our Sea Eagle Kayak. The Crew & Axel inflator came with a fitting that fit our kayak. However, the washer was too thick to seat and the hose would not lock into place on the kayak. We had to use the washer off our hand pump. The biggest problem was we inflated the floor of the kayak and the unit turned off and would not come back on. I do know after using the pump for awhile you have to let the unit cool off, but I would expect it would be able to completely inflate all three chambers on one kayak to 10 psi. The small storage area that holds the car charging adapter isn't large enough. Once opened and removed it is very difficult if not impossible to re-stow the cord and adapter. We returned this product.

After three attempts to find a Air Pump, I finally found one that will do what it says: Battery operated ✅ Auto shut off✅ Easy to use ✅ Added bonus-- The bag it comes in Easy to charge The hose doesn't get hot The pump stays in place while in use Look no more, this is a reliable pump!!

This pump does not include an adapter for c7 or d7 valves, so it wont fit my kayak. Description says it includes multiple adapters to fit 8 different valves, but doesn’t list what they are. Product looked to be good, and customer service was prompt and friendly
