There are imperfections (see photo). This is not the highest quality, but it is accurate quality for the price. The color is much darker than I expected, kind of a cherry/walnut color. The wood is also very soft and delicate evident by how easy the screw slips in. The small option JUST fits the ashes of my 12 lbs cat. Overall, it’s a cute design if you need a budget friendly option.

When our mother died suddenly, we were so shocked that we completely forgot to order an urn for her service and commitment. I picked this out on the weekend before, and it arrived the day before the funeral. It was perfect timing and a beautiful piece of art. It was large enough to place her ashes to rest and include those of her beloved cat, who had died years before, which she expressly requested be placed with her.
