Came in with 0 experience. Watched a few videos, and was printing in an hour. Prints are coming out great. Very happy with the quality and ease of use. Mind you there is a steep learning curve to the software side but you can get around that by finding the right stl files.

This makes great quality prints, but if you’re not ready for the next steps in resin printing, this is not for you. Even the water washable resin is obviously very toxic. This device almost started a divorce in my household as my husband doesn’t understand how the general public are allowed to mess with these as far as clean up and safety. Though I only made two prints outside at night, the toxicity messed with his asthma and he will not have this in our house. I feel the same- this is gross and not worth the payout.     • Did not get correct fep replacement
This is my first 3d printer. I knew there would be a learning curve. So I printed one item from Creality Cloud, which worked fine. But I managed to scratch the fep film, so I thought I'd put the replacement in. The problem is it's the wrong size. The fep that came in the box with the printer is the wrong size for the printer. It has been a fun printer. However, I have some complaints. The touch screen can be hard to use for someone with sausage fingers, the built-in carbon filter leaves a lot to be desired as the smell of the resin is still really strong. The top seems rather flimsy and could easily break. Creality's tech support is horrid. I contacted them a month ago to see about getting replacement parts and have had no response what-so-ever from them. ... show more

I build a lot of model cars, and it seems like new kits are getting more and more expensive. In the past I'd buy a kit for just a certain part that I wanted for another build, but with the rising cost I don't find myself doing that near as much. Now that I purchased this printer, I can print parts that I want without having to rob other kits. I even started designing parts for use around the house & on my full size vehicles as well. Screen stopped working after a month of very light use. I bought an elegoo mars 2 for my friend and it's reliability has been vastly superior. You can find a replacement screen for the halot one pro on ali express, but not on the creality website. Overall printing was good while it lasted, but I'd pass on this for sure. ... show more
